Breanna Knight I had my first appointment with Dr. Caulkins and I have never been more impressed with a Dr. He actually listed and cared about taking care of my needs. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was taking/wasting his time. I felt heard and valued. Tammy is the Lab is a hoot and a half! She had me laughing the whole time and made it a pleasurable experience to be stabbed in the arm with a needle. This is what exceptional care looks like.

Brian Lee Thomas Greetings to one and all, I would like to take a moment to share my experiences using EPPLE family medicine clinic. I have been using this location for almost a year now and I have not yet had a bad experience at the clinic. The doctors and nursing staff are superior to any that I’ve ever worked with in the private sector. The office staff are absolutely exceptional in what they do I would like to specifically acknowledge the work of, Selena and Jennifer they are fantastic in every aspect of what they do. I thoroughly enjoy having medical treatment here and everyone is a pleasure to work with. An area that I would like to bring to people’s attention is working with insurance and healthcare providers external to the office. They understand and help navigate the process of using multiple insurances and the veterans administration, which is no easy task And I truly appreciate their dedication and follow through to make sure that people understand what expectations are and how care is going to be provided and are willing to go the extra mile to work with the bureaucracy that is medical insurance and the federal government. If you are like me and you need somebody who can help you understand your specific medical needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to EPPLE family medicine. They are absolutely the best in the local area and are very veteran friendly and I encourage anyone who is in search of medical care for themselves or family to strongly consider Epple family medical services.

Ian Difficult to schedule an appointment always going to voicemail. Call back times inconsistent, Or not at all . Currently playing phone tag , With the scheduling department. Hoping this is just a fluke but seeing others having the same issue.

Trey Kelly Ive been a patient for about a year. Dr. Wooldridge really listens to your needs and gives you plenty of options when going over your personal health needs. He can do virtual visits if necessary. He really cares for his patients and wont rush you through the annual physical or consultation. He promptly responds to prescriptions and changes to insurance. Hes also very communicative when he is going to be out of the office so that you can plan your visits/refills as necessary. I also liked that he had options for some of my prescriptions that were not covered by my insurance. He recommended a wholesale option with Cost Plus Drugs (owned by Mark Cuban). They were very competitive and he didnt have to mention it during my initial visit. Its nice to have a doctor who seems to enjoy helping his patients.

Wendy Tamashiro Awesome place! Very professional, affordable and knowledgeable. The staff is great with caring for our kitten. Their charges are way less than our previous vet. We transferred our other pets for continued care to Cedar Creek. Dr. Dietrich took the time to answer any questions we had. She is very interested in providing first rate care to our pet. We will only use Cedar Creek Veterinary from now on.

JULIANS LIFE It’s been 2 ish years since we had Dr.Hulst. But here I am, coming back to leave this review. As a new parent, I had no idea that you’re suppose to have a doctor ready to go for your new sweet baby. And thank goodness we found Dr.Hulst. We found her so fast because she was new to the area and looking for new patients. And we were LUCKY to have her. I kinda wish I was able to bring her with us when we moved out of state. She’s very straight forward and if she gets your humor, she can be very very funny! When she’s done some procedures for my child, she was great and fast to getting it done. We sure do miss her! Thankful that we had her for our sons first year! Thank you Dr.Hulst. Our boy is big 3 year old and healthy.
