Jerry Ainsworth My wife’s jeep was previously serviced for an oil leak at lithia and it was returned several times because it continued to leak and we were assured it was fixed and unfortunately it started leaking again. We decided to take it to perfection and they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix that the dealers techs couldn’t figure out and I will never take my car back to the dealer I just wished we took it to perfection sooner, it would have saved me time and money. Thanks perfection for resolving and making me a customer for life..

Catt Beaver I blew a tire on the highway on my way to work and I was an emotional mess when I arrived. the people there were caring and friendly, provided me water. I was very thankful that they were able to help me out but just did not like the price. While I waited, I watched Jeremy do an awesome job with customers. I am sorry, I did not catch the girls name.
