Jeff Kruger I recently had a blowout on my dually that took out a rear fender and did some other damage. From the first time being at Frank and Sons to get an estimate. through picking up my truck, it was a great experience. The estimate was fast and fair, and I got my truck in on the day they scheduled, and it was done when they said it would be. During the entire process the communication was excellent. Tom was our primary contact, and he was great throughout the entire process. The work they did is flawless. I went over it with a very critical eye and it is absolutely perfect. I will never go anywhere else for body work. I highly recommend folks that want work done right by a shop that obviously cares about their customers go to Frank and Sons.

Catt Beaver I blew a tire on the highway on my way to work and I was an emotional mess when I arrived. the people there were caring and friendly, provided me water. I was very thankful that they were able to help me out but just did not like the price. While I waited, I watched Jeremy do an awesome job with customers. I am sorry, I did not catch the girls name. There is a good team at this location. Thank you for your great customer service.

Jerry Ainsworth My wife’s jeep was previously serviced for an oil leak at lithia and it was returned several times because it continued to leak and we were assured it was fixed and unfortunately it started leaking again. We decided to take it to perfection and they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix that the dealers techs couldn’t figure out and I will never take my car back to the dealer I just wished we took it to perfection sooner, it would have saved me time and money. Thanks perfection for resolving and making me a customer for life..
