Lunas Auto Repair - Pasco (WA)

1 /5 Damian Martinez: I Took my car into Luna’s auto repair hoping to get a reasonable price and work done on my suv. I had a broken thermostat housing which I thought would be a quick fix. They had me going back and forth to the Hyundai dealership for parts that were needed because they couldn’t tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. After almost three weeks they finally fixed my SUV (that I know of the housing still might be leaking coolant). When it was returned to me my suv had multiple cracks in the windshield where it looks like someone had punched it near the VIN. When I go to confront the front desk ,The owner(Sergio) had the audacity to tell me that, “it was like that already and that there was nothing I could do about it”. Overall Bad situation made worse, unprofessional mechanics and untrustworthy don’t give them your money.

5 /5 David Mordue: Lunas is great. I have been using their services for 5+ years. They charge great rates, they dont mark up the parts, you can even bring your own parts. Every time they have done repairs for me they have done them the same day. Highly recommend them for honest work that they stand behind.

1 /5 Segura Andy: So Mr.Lunas left out some detailed work so I can come back and he can charge me extra money to get that fixed since. When my truck was returned I was under the impression that all I had to do was recharge my AC compressor, what he did was left it un done so I can return to him and he can charge me more money when it should have been done before he gave me the truck. I dont trust scammers.
