Jerry Ainsworth My wife’s jeep was previously serviced for an oil leak at lithia and it was returned several times because it continued to leak and we were assured it was fixed and unfortunately it started leaking again. We decided to take it to perfection and they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix that the dealers techs couldn’t figure out and I will never take my car back to the dealer I just wished we took it to perfection sooner, it would have saved me time and money. From the first time being at Frank and Sons to get an estimate. through picking up my truck, it was a great experience. The estimate was fast and fair, and I got my truck in on the day they scheduled, and it was done when they said it would be. During the entire process the communication was excellent. Tom was our primary contact, and he was great throughout the entire process. The work they did is flawless. I went over it with a very critical eye and it is absolutely perfect.
