Beverly Bellmore Short wait time, friendly staff, good care. We recently moved to Vancouver from Central Oregon. All vets we contacted to start care were not taking new patients. We tried St Francis on recommendation from another vet. I was pleasantly surprised that it was an emergency clinic but were taking regular clients. We felt very satisfied with the efficiency of the vet and staff and their compassionate care. We’ll continue to take our Honey Pie to St Francis for all her medical needs.

Michelle Exceptional Care and Compassionate Staff Dr. Bessas is by far the best doctor I’ve seen in over a decade. He truly listens, takes the time to understand your concerns, and works with you to create an effective action plan for improving your health. Unlike many doctors who seem rushed, he ensures you feel heard and supported, which is a rare and invaluable quality. His office staff is just as incredible. Mackenzee, the first person you’ll typically interact with at the front desk, is warm, friendly, and always helpful. Alyssa, who takes you to the exam room and checks your vitals, has a great sense of humor and makes every visit more comfortable. The entire team is professional, caring, and dedicated to patient well-being. One of the standout aspects of Dr. Bessas’ practice is that he isn’t bound by corporate bureaucracy—he prioritizes quality care over speed. If he’s running behind schedule, it’s because he’s giving another patient the same attention and thoroughness that he’ll give to you. That level of dedication is worth the wait. Highly recommend Dr. Bessas and his team for anyone looking for exceptional medical care!

Richard Samuels A fantastic service staffed entirely by volunteers. They prepare donated durable medical equipment for reuse. They do not charge recipients for the equipment. They also provide donated supplies at no charge. The people are incredibly helpful. I visited and they helped me select a hospital bed for my 93 year old stepfather. They held it until I could return with a truck, gave me assembly instructions and helped me load it. Thank you.

Amy Murray I love taking my two dogs to Animal Care Clinic! The service is great and the veterinarian care is excellent. I appreciate that a staff member shows me the estimated bill before they perform procedures. I find the cost of the care very reasonable. Plus, Dr. Pittman, the owner of the clinic, has two Boston terriers. Love that because I have a baby Boston. I highly recommend!

KEVIN BRYAN My Mother was treated for a stroke after being life flighted from Corvallis. Thanks to the hospitals quick action they operated very quickly to remove a blood clot and she made remarkable recovery. All the Drs, Nurses and support staff were absolutely top notch. They really took great care of her. Especially during a strike. All the people who came from out of state were a credit to their profession. The Doctors kept us informed and were compassionate and attentive to her needs. The Food was awesome! So fresh and still hot when delivered. Plenty of great choices for every meal of the day. Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you all.

DENNIS WEBSTER These other reviewers must be nuts. Dr.Aranda-Michel is rated No.1 in the country by U.S. News. for a reason. Being best of the best is hard to beat. His surgery crew is Top Notch. His nurse Tatyana is incredibly smart. Diagnosed Vitamin B deficiency and hours later Quest lab verified. Spoken with receptionist several times and enjoyed the interaction every time. Its a busy office so get over it.

Kaylee Perry Im only giving 5 stars because the staff here is nice and they listen well and always help out when my husband has stomach episodes. My husband and i came in again today first time in a few months hes gotten sick like this, he has a cancerous cyst in his esophagus that causes issues with his stomach so he’s on a special diet until we find out what triggers him. Sometimes he eats something that sets him off and he ends up puking and dry heaving until he cant stand and he can’t keep any fluids down so i bring him here to get an IV with fluids so he doesnt dehydrate! The doctors, the nurses, the medical assistants, everyone here is wonderful they always listen to me and do great with him. What saddens me is today i was in the waiting room with him and there was a hand full of people staring at him while he was puking and dry heaving, and making comments and telling people not to sit next to us because they thought he was contagious even though i had clarified he is not and that its a pre existing condition. It became so uncomfortable to the point i wheeled my husband into the hallway and waited there and stood in front of him so no one could stare. Everyone in the waiting room didnt even show signs of being sick, no one was coughing or puking or pale or had any visible sickness. They all just sat around on their phones chit chatting and staring at my husband and making comments, and half of them got into a room before my husband who is in agonizing pain. One of the women in there kept announcing that she had cancer, and was even being disrespectful to the staff, and talking down of the staff saying no one here knows how to do their job, she offered me these odd candies for my husband and I politely turned her down and she immediately caught an attitude. Y’all need to grow up. Im sure if you were in my husbands position or my position you wouldn’t enjoy that either. So folks think before you speak.

Annette I am so thankful for Dr Baker and his entire team. They are well qualified and readily available. I am very pleased with the care and accessibility I receive from Main Street Family Medicine. I never feel my appointment is rushed and they are great listeners. They are very speedy at getting me right in when I have a concern. I have been with them for more than a couple of years now and I continue to be amazed.

Joshua Sperling Lifeline was very helpful from detox to residential. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lifeline program taught me a lot about myself to help me grow into my recovery. From my progressive drug use to my mental health they have a program for it all. Thanks lifeline for saving my life.

Olenka Bondar This is a very good clinic. The staff is friendly, the premises are very clean. I waited only 10 minutes, I was quickly admitted to the doctor, and after 20 minutes in the queue I had blood tests and an X-ray done. Compared to others, this place is great.
