5 /5 Joshua Sperling: Lifeline was very helpful from detox to residential. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lifeline program taught me a lot about myself to help me grow into my recovery. From my progressive drug use to my mental health they have a program for it all. Thanks lifeline for saving my life.

3 /5 Robert McDowell: I did like that they went beyond the call of duty and reached out to my councilor when asked because the report I needed was the only thing that was keeping me on my probation. I did not like that it took so long for my counselor to communicate with my probation officer because I was enrolled in drug treatment in July and nothing was communicated till, I was almost done and had to initiate that communication and I also had to fill out another ROI out when I had already filed one out 12 weeks prior from the start of my treatment . I would like to change the fact that no one reached out to me during the time of my drug treatment. I did have one face to face meeting when I was in drug treatment.

5 /5 Eric L Rivera: Nobody does it as well as this detox place. They have been there to help me a few times and have never judged or not helped me. I could name several employees that need to be recognized but I will respect their privacy. Thank you lifeline detox for going above and beyond for all the clients and I can tell that you treat everyone the same; Best place for anyones loved ones who are looking for help hands down.

5 /5 Bobby Wilson: They were very helpful and explain things to me when I didnt understand and Ive learned much at this place. People are people. Sometimes theyre not happy, but most of the people there are happy and will help you if you will help yourself. And reach out to you it was a good experience.

Im gonna start out by saying I understand that this job is pretty thankless however the way that my nephew was treated during intake was disheartening, disrespectful and downright illegal! It is against the law and a violation of an individuals HIPAA to be asking such sensitive, provocative and humiliating questions in front of other people, they deserve better!! You may consider just giving out a handout with the questions that you ask or opening a room or making a privacy barrier or line. I was very livid that the woman was standing right in front of three other people asking my nephew the questions that she did!!!! What if he was ashamed, what if he did get triggered by people; not only is it unsafe but its so damn inappropriate what she did! After waiting outside the door for 30 MINUTES before someone came to offer help and being humiliated, his information was taken down and after 2 1/2 hours was then taken again and turned away 3 1/2 hours later due to expired insurance that was valid and active on the app he showed right to her!! The VA would be very upset to know the way yall are running business regarding HIPAA in that building!!! Your hours may be long or you may be short staffed, perhaps you might consider getting more staff because Im sure that the program is probably getting tax breaks or federal funds. To an addict who is getting ready to go through withdrawals 3 1/2 hours to get into your facility is absolutely unsatisfactory and inconsiderate!!!! I will be addressing this higher.
