Jeff Pickard The hospital was clean and professional in appearance. What made the building better was the quality staff. My doctor was informative and supportive. The OR staff was great. The prep nurse was great! I was nervous and anxious. Her calm reassurance helped me relax. She made sure that I understood what was happening and what was going to happen. Had she not explained (and made sure I understand) the symptoms that would occur during the recovery faze, I would have made a unnecessary trip to the ER. You have great and wonderful people on your staff. Please treat them like they have value. The building is great, without great staff its worthless.

Vivian V On oct 28th at 130 in the afternoon I seen an overdose out side of the fence on the south side of this building. . I called 911 the person was on the brink of death . A client walking to her car ran back in the building to tell them what we were witnessing. All of a sudden 10 nurses and doctors ran down the parking lock up a side walk with massive amount of medical supplies another one came with a big red cart . These angels nurses were fast and well skilled . They saved a life !!!! I was so amazed !! Our community is so lucky to have these skilled employees! They were ER on the sidewalk . They had the situation under control before the fire department responded . The didnt have to do nothing but the did . The over dosed victim would of been dead without them . Im so proud of them !!! A mother didnt have to hear about her child dead today because of the angels at yakima neighborhood Health on 8 th street !!!!

Michael Johnson This visit was for my annual physical. Dr. Pontarolo and I went over results of my blood tests and my resent physical issues. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and professionally. I feel very fortunate to have Apple Valley and Dr. Pontarolo as my care team. l highly recommend this practice!

Kailee Woods My provider is Salvador Lopez. He is the best! He listens to any questions or concerns I have. He treats me very well, he is empathetic, and I feel very well cared for by him. I highly recommend him!

John Tolbert The front staff are such AWESOME ladies and the nurses & doctors are just simply amazing, all are so caring and informative which for me helps as I have Stage 4 cancer and I truly want to live for a really long time and Im putting my life in the hands of some of the best educated doctors & nurses so far. The care is provided is given with love, compassion, and caring as their # 1 priority and they mainly focus on comfort during your battle to live. They are just SIMPLY amazing.

Kathie Anderson Doc has been our family physician for years. A more thorough and caring doctor you would not be able to find. After moving, we still traveled to yakima for our appointments. I cant imagine going to anyone else. And, its not just us. Ive seen his demeanor with his other clients. The compassion is always there. His staff is as caring as he is. You will not be dismissed or treated like you are irrelevant.

Leslie Jimenez This clinic is the best of Yakima, I can not express how nice and respectful these ladies are at the front desk. There always willing to help out and figure out what we need! The doctor as well, he is very kind and willing to figure out what is wrong with our health. I appreciate everything these ladies do, and especially the doctor. Even though there is only one doctor, you can see how much work he puts in to make our health better. I honestly would recommend everyone to go to this clinic. One of the best!!

Lacey Sheppard We were able to make an appointment the same morning, and were taken back right on time. The new facility its beautiful and bright. Very inviting! We saw Jennifer Gribble PA and she was so good with my kiddo who has medical anxiety. She spoke to her directly as a real person and made the visit go so much smoother. We definitely recommend YVFWC!
