Ive been taking my 2015 Subaru to the dealer since I bought it in 2017--telling them there is something wrong in the front end at every oil change and being told there is nothing wrong. Ive watched Mechanics Northwest grow their business the last few years or so. Decided to bring my car to Mechanics NW for servicing. Without me mentioning the front end noise, they told me they found it on inspection and offered a repair estimate significantly less than the dealer. Got my car back with all of the routine maintenance done AND the CV joints fixed in under 24 hours! They helped me with transportation both dropping and picking up my car. All of the service estimates and work was well documented and the final price came in UNDER the estimate. The entire team was absolutely delightful to interact with.
