Rosa Alaelua They handled everything! Being that it was my first car accident, I was not sure of what to do, what steps I need to take, the process of the repair. These guys rock! I dealt with Andrea Toves. She was AMAZING!!! When I got there we went over the damage of my vehicle. She took pictures of my car. Then said “don’t worry, relax we got this”. She was not kidding. She would messaged me to keep me updated with my repair. I’ve never had to worry about my repair. Thank you Complete Collision CARSTAR for an incredible experience and job well done on my repair.

Elizabeth Williams My car suddenly wouldnt start over the weekend; another mechanic shop (which was overbooked) recommended Evergreen Automotive. Im so glad I was led here. Ive not had the best experience in the past with other mechanics who have claimed I needed unnecessary repairs, and in this situation, Evergreen could have easily taken advantage of me since it was unclear what caused the issue. Instead, they checked it over thoroughly, found nothing wrong (the car actually decided to start working again after the tow over to the shop - the assumption being that maybe something had become misaligned and went back into place), and, despite the amount of time they spent on it, didnt charge me anything. They also were very patient in answering my many questions and ensuring I understood what might have happened and what to do if it occurred again. Have been recommending them to others since and glad to know I now have a trustworthy place to go for any future services!

Dorothy Gorder The technician that came out to assist me in my time of need was very kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and all around a true blessing. For my situation a person had stolen my keys so that I couldnt leave. I just happened to have had enough money on me to call the mobile mechanic to remake me brand new keys so that I can drive my vehicle away. Im not sure the cost in general for a mobile locksmith, about 8 years ago I did need somebody to get into my garage for me and that was $180 I believe about 8 years ago and for this particular technician to come out open my car and also provide me with a key that would open my door and would start my vehicle I paid $220 so I would have to say in comparison pretty reasonable. Later on that evening I thought to myself man I should make a copy of my copy and Walmart was not able to do so because they dont have the car key to have a duplicate made. I then called the mobile mechanic and asked what that would cost or what that would take or if they could even make me a duplicate key and unfortunately it would have cost me the exactly same amount to get a replacement key or I should say an extra key so lesson learned I should have asked him to make me two keys the first time. Because theres no way I can afford $440 out of nowhere. So if you call this mobile mechanic and you think you might need two keys at all ask the first time. But definitely overall extremely satisfied with my mobile mechanic. I wish I remembered his name cuz he was very very polite very kind definitely a sweet Young man.

Peter sim I honestly dont really want to say good things about Juns. Because its already so difficult to get appointment at this place, because hes so well known in the area for trustworthy auto service. If you are looking for a mechanic that you can trust, try Juns. But keep in mind, hes usually booked up for a week or two

Leah Sorensen I had a great experience with this shop. The team was professional, honest, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. My car runs perfectly now, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of service. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust—these guys definitely earned mine. Highly recommend!

Joël Nshimirimana The service at Gregs was AMAZING! A previous shop had messed up my car, but these guys got it running smoother than before, it drives as smooth as new, matter of fact the car glides, it doesnt struggle to drive anymore, they got me all season tires replacement without me asking specifically for them, and was worried I forgot to mention it but they were ahead of me, my hybrid is quieter and smoother than it was before! I have already recommended them to people I know!

No No “DKSchrute” I had my truck repaired at Lees automotive recently for some collision repair. The process went very smoothly and I was always kept up to date throughout the repair process by Quincy. She and the other staff members were always friendly and I could tell they were passionate about their work. If I ever am in need of collision repair again (hopefully not), I trust my vehicle in the hands of the people at Lees.

Juan Contreras I had my truck tune up and the transmission fluid change. He did a great job and would recommend. Hes a very professional mechanic and honest. Thank you Carl for doing a great job.
