1 /5 Robyn LindOrtega: Mike lied in his reply to my brother., he needs to review his video with the sound up. I gave his service advisor a handwritten list of the services I requested. His shop worked on my car for the timing chain on 4/4/205 and it had 87,983 miles. When I took my car into the shop, on Friday 6/6/2025, for service I had 106, + miles on the car. Just 27 months and approx a little over 20,000 miles on a NAPA Warranty.
Mike please refer to Magnuson v Moss under the FTCs law on Corporate warrantys.
I was not asking for an engine flush, I wanted a radiator flush. I knew my oil was good and full synthetic because 2-3 weeks prior I had my filter and oil changed. I had driven the car less than 5000 before the oil change because I had major surgery on my back in March of 2024. I have my oil changed every 3-5000 miles as recommended by the manufacturer.
He claims my brother had was aggressive, slamming his fists on the counter, and being intimidating. Pete the tech who started the aggression by telling my brother to "Take it down a notch, stop yelling." Kept interrupting my brothers questions, and became more aggressive to the point of yelling and using intimidation gestures to get my brother to leave. He said I could stay and then when I repeated that my brother was partly deaf and projected his voice loudly. Pete proceeded to become belligerent towards me.
Mike I told Pete I would call you in the morning when we found out about the theft and as I was leaving I also said I would call you in the morning. Yet YOU called me. Everytime I spoke you interrupted me, and the only question I could out was "Do you have sound on your video?" I have two witnesses to our phone conversation. You were emotional and combative to me on the phone. So many of my neighbors in the Forest Ridge area around your shop will now know about your lack of customer service. The BBB already knows.
