2 /5 Rita D: Took my car in for interior detailing. After they wrapped up, we did a quick walk-through and I pointed out some obvious spots that still needed cleaning - surprised that these were missed. The employee cleaned the spots, and I took off. Once I got home, I had a chance to inspect the vehicle and found a lot of areas that were missed or poorly cleaned - debris left behind on carpets and in between seats, poorly applied seat conditioner, dirty spot that wasn’t even touched between the seats, lots of overspray (dashboard, B pillar trim), rear middle console wasn’t opened to wipe down. I paid for the middle tier package, ($230 after tip) so if that’s what you’re ordering this is what you’re going to get. Lots of room for improvement. I took my car in based off of the great Google reviews but didn’t get the level of service I expected.
