1 /5 Richard Garren: Receptionists at this place are a joke! Called ahead at 19:20hrs to make sure my son can be seen, I was told they accepts walk in until 19:45. We get there at 19:38, the place is dead, not one car in the parking lot, not one patient in the waiting room, three employees sitting behind the desk having a good time, one of them is in scrubs, and when I ask to check in we’re told they’re not accepting walking ins. I state that they just told me they accept until 19:45, that’s when the younger receptionist tells me “well if you look online it clearly says unless there’s limited staffing”. No where online does it say this, it only states due to high patient demand they may reach capacity before 19:45. Again not one person in the parking lot or in the waiting room. Then I get the excuse from the receptionist “well we’ve already seen over 100 patients today”. Explain to me how that matters, somebody make this make sense to me. Why was the place even open, why tell me they will accept only for the front staff to turn us away. Great use of recourses, I’m sure the owner appreciates their front staff sitting around joking and turning patients away who need care.
