Shaun Lomelin My alternator went out on my car and I was panicking because its my work vehicle. I brought it over for an inspection and they quoted me about two days. Imagine my surprise when they called less than 24 hours later saying it was ready for pick up! The staff is friendly, and they communicated everything to me, even going through what any additional charges might apply based on the repair. This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on!

Loretta L After dealing with 2 Ford dealerships that kept my vehicle all day, and didnt even look at it, they were telling me I needed all of these expensive tests that costs a minimum $180 each! I called Ricks and ran my problem by Frank, he was very pleasant and professional and confidenthe knew what it might be- he was able to schedule a time to come in for a look within 2 days! I brought it in in this morning, he had it fixed and ready a few hours later. He even aired up my tire that had a slow leak! Thank you!

The owner is a personable guy who knows his way around a BMW. You can tell hes passionate about his work as the mechanic & owner. He had an easy chance to charge extra without me knowing but saved me money saying the part was fine. Saved hours and $200 on a returned part. Better than dealer cost and my basic tuning without dyno and mapping needs for Tacoma area. Install explained thoroughly with pictures and solid recommendations to accompany recommended future maintenance. Earned my business and my first choice for future work. 5/5

Anna Quinlan I bought my 1991 Miata with a huge dent in the quarter panel. FIX Auto fixed it up real nice for me and had fair pricing! They even fixed the panel gap and door jam. I’m extremely happy with the results. They also have the NICEST PEOPLE EVER working the front desk. It also only took them less than 3 days! The body line came out perfect as well.

She thoroughly explained my cars situation and fixed it so I could drive home to CA safely. McCabes service is beyond exceptional ! They went above and beyond to address my concerns and to make my car a priority. McCabes is the only place Ill take my car during my visits in WA. Thank you Jeanette and McCabes!

Alysia Denizard-Robinson Took my car in with a concern about a belt and I can be honest I’m a bit of an over anxious car owner. Kevin was able to get me in the following 2 days. They were timely, Dropped off in the morning and had a call by the early afternoon. And even though they didn’t see anything of concern, they made me feel heard, and even offered to keep it for another day to do some more inspections. When I picked up they charged me nothing since they couldn’t find an issue and offered to look at my car again if I had anymore concerns

Cruise Control Convenient Car Care
Vi Clinton is GREAT. I needed my AC fixed ASAP and he squeezed me in right away. He is very dependable and friendly. It was much more convenient for him coming to my place/car than me waiting in an auto-shop waiting room. I was able to take care of my baby in the safety and comfort of our house. Thanks Clinton!!!

PRECISION AUTOMOTIVE & TRANSMISSION
Natalie McArthur Honest & reliable. Fairly priced. My car’s transmission light came on after some body work from an auto body place. I brought my car here. They found (quite quickly) that after the body work, someone forgot to plug something back in! They only charged me for for a bit of labor. I’ve gone back here for all my automotive needs since. They are who I refer my friends and family too. They give accurate estimates and most importantly, don’t try to upsell things you don’t need, don’t want, or can’t afford. They won’t do any work without your authorization as well. Trustworthy. Something you don’t see very often these days.
