1 /5 Valeriy Smirnov: Lacking transparency. Their technicians appear to be not that qualified. I brought my car in to check for the source of a parasitic battery draw. I agreed to pay the test fee. The car was at the shop from Wednesday night until Friday morning. On Friday morning, they called me to tell me that my car needed a new battery and in order for the tests to continue I need to buy a new battery. I said “Thank you, I’ll just pick my car up. Don’t change the battery.” The technician who did the test wrote a comment that “the battery is completely dead and not taking the charge” How could the battery be completely dead and not taking charge if I drove my car to the shop? Also, when I left the store I checked the voltage, it was 12.15 V So the battery can hold the charge. Hmmm. So, basically they charged me for the test. They tested something I don’t know what. They did not tell me if they found the source of a parasitic draw. They tried to pressure me into buying a new battery so they could do more tests. Sounds like they tried to get some money out of me for no good reason. I would stay away from this store.

5 /5 Shelley Riley: The employees were professional, understanding and kind. Great Customer Service. I had a fuel pump replacement and so far all is good. My car is running smoother but most importantly its not leaking fuel anymore. Scary situation. Im glad my call to Coopers Auto gave me the help I needed to get the issue fixed. It was fixed and ready to go faster than I anticipated.
