Loretta L After dealing with 2 Ford dealerships that kept my vehicle all day, and didnt even look at it, they were telling me I needed all of these expensive tests that costs a minimum $180 each! I called Ricks and ran my problem by Frank, he was very pleasant and professional and confidenthe knew what it might be- he was able to schedule a time to come in for a look within 2 days! I brought it in in this morning, he had it fixed and ready a few hours later. He even aired up my tire that had a slow leak! Thank you!

The front desk and him were very helpful, answered all my questions, never had attitudes, and just simply seemed to love what they and truly want to help their customers drive safely on the road. Andrew (Andy) First time visit. Owner Knowledgeable, receptive, competent, timely, trustworthy, and fair. Work done professionally at market prices. The owner is a personable guy who knows his way around a BMW. You can tell hes passionate about his work as the mechanic & owner. He had an easy chance to charge extra without me knowing but saved me money saying the part was fine. Saved hours and $200 on a returned part. Better than dealer cost and my basic tuning without dyno and mapping needs for Tacoma area. Install explained thoroughly with pictures and solid recommendations to accompany recommended future maintenance. Earned my business and my first choice for future work. 5/5

Sarah Goodman McCabes is AMAZING. My family has been going there since the 80s. I had an emergency situation, Jeanette listened to my concerns, And got me in the same day. She thoroughly explained my cars situation and fixed it so I could drive home to CA safely. McCabes service is beyond exceptional ! They went above and beyond to address my concerns and to make my car a priority. McCabes is the only place Ill take my car during my visits in WA. Thank you Jeanette and McCabes!

willow We have been going here for the last decade and i wont take any of my vehicles anywhere else. He has vast knowledge and has never steered us wrong. That other guy giving him a 1 star rating...seriously...if it was so easy then why didnt you fix it yourself? And if anyone has been in a trade a long time, there are things you can do in short order that took years of knowledge to be able to be that quick. Plus, last time i checked, businesses are here the make money, not give away their time for free. Your car is not his charity case, people have kids to feed, ya know? Give this place a try, he is honest and smart and does great work!

Barrett Rambie Rays Auto is the best mechanics shop in the South Sound! Being in the auto industry myself, Ive had the opportunity to have vehicles worked on with many different shops in the area. Rays is the only shop I will take my personal vehicles to! They are an honest crew who will fix the vehicle right (without breaking the bank). Their Customer service is great & Ill continue to do business with them as long as I live in Washington!!

Vi Clinton is GREAT. I needed my AC fixed ASAP and he squeezed me in right away. He is very dependable and friendly. It was much more convenient for him coming to my place/car than me waiting in an auto-shop waiting room. I was able to take care of my baby in the safety and comfort of our house. Thanks Clinton!!!
