Angie Kennedy Was recommended here by a friend after a lifetime of experiences at various other salons left me feeling bad about my hair any time I’d get it cut. My hair is long, thick, wavy, full - always takes more time than anticipated, even after I’d learned to mention this when scheduling somewhere. Not this place! I’ve had a few different stylists cut my hair since I’ve been coming here over the years & each one has done such a great job. I’ve never once felt like my stylist was frustrated because my hair was more work & time than they’d anticipated. I’ve never left with wet hair because the stylist ran out of time after washing and cutting. I’ve never left feeling guilty about booking my next haircut because my hair takes time & work. I leave here feeling great every single time I come in. Kasey, the owner, is wonderful. I can’t imagine going elsewhere.

E So I had been wanting to chop my hair and I’ve never gone to a salon I usually cut my own but for this I need someone lol and I chose the right place! She was so gentle and fast I was wanting to fall asleep lol. The price was so affordable but I think her work is worth more! I love my new hair, it came out so good! I will definitely be coming back

Dylan is warm and welcoming and asked great questions about what I was looking for to ensure our style/cut visions were aligned. Stephanie Batungbacal Styling styling styling! Nelly really knows how to take any head of hair...whether its thick, thin, frizzy, curly, or straight and turn it into a masterpiece! Not only did she do my hair for my daughter-in-laws wedding, but she also did the brides hair and many of the bridesmaids. All came out simply beautiful! Her attention to detail, the time she takes, and the patience she has is amazing. Truly a great overall hairdresser.

Daryl Phill I had such a great experience with Blush and Braids Beauty Bar WA location. I do not wear a lot of makeup and wanted to have a more natural glam look. I loved their intro process for requesting an appointment. They asked all the right questions about typical skin care and makeup routine and what your vision is. I feel like it helped me better understand what I wanted lol. My MU artist was Katie and she was so patient and helpful with my trial. My makeup was exactly what I wanted and more! I didn’t have to do any touch ups throughout the afternoon/evening and i definitely cried a couple times lol. I felt so beautiful start to finish! Customer for life right here!

teresa rollins Alison has done my hair for 4 years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else! As a hairdresser myself I have a hard time trusting others. She is a consummate professional who gives an excellent consultation and executes her craft exquisitely!

Ilene Clevenger Chelsea takes her time listening to the hair color you want to achieve. She also suggests excellent color recommendations to match your desired shade. She is thorough and explains the process clearly, letting you know what to expect. She doesnt rush through the appointment, and her prices are very reasonable. Her skills are top-notch! I will definitely go back!

Mia Mohr McCulley Alex has been doing my hair for a few years now. She’s the only person I’ll allow to touch my hair. Not only is she great at coloring but also great at curl maintenance and helping me make sure I’m using the right products to keep my curls up.

kryttyka Wow, Mia did an amazing job! I absolutely love the color, the cut, and the style. This was my first time dyeing almost 85% of my hair, and Im very happy with the results. The service was affordable and the Mia was incredibly friendly and gave me such a warm treatment. Ive been a loyal customer since 2020, and I just love going there!

Nina Kate at Kalon Salon does a great job on my curly hair. I have thick 2B curls and I’m very picky about how I like it cut. I followed Kate to Tacoma from North Gate. It took me years to find the right stylist for my hair and Kate is worth every minute of the drive south. She is knowledgeable about curls and really understands how to work with different hair types. I highly recommend her!
