I was looking specifically for an inclusive, accessible stylist in Tacoma and hit the jackpot with Daydream. Dylan is warm and welcoming and asked great questions about what I was looking for to ensure our style/cut visions were aligned. 5 /5 Hannah L: I’ve been seeing Dylan for my blonde highlights for years and she is great. I am always chasing that color my hair was when I was a kid, and she nails it. Her ability to color hair is unparalleled. When I was trying to decide who could do the most natural looking highlights, my friends who have beautiful complex fantasy colored hair suggested Dylan. They explained in order to have great looking pink or blue hair you have to have a colorist who fully understands how to add dimension with blonde first before you apply the extra colors. Turns out that is totally the case and I love my hair by Dylan.

She is super skilled at cutting hair working with my cowlicks and waves (instead of against!) as well as assessing my desire for low maintenance styling and upkeep. She asked smart questions to understand my vision and transformed my dull process damaged grey and color residue hair into gorgeous and healthy color that embraces my silver streaks and natural coloring while enhancing the contrast. Her knowledge of color chemistry and hair follicle shenanigans impressed me and I felt very safe in her capable hands. If you’re looking for an experienced colorist and stylist, Dylan is the best in the city. Not only is she brilliant she does not let her ego or aesthetic get in the way of her clients needs and desires. I’ve found my new hair stylist for life.
