Cliff Little II I was at the Port Orchard Kaiser Permanente this morning. I arrived at 0800 and two people in front of me. The first was a young father with a 3 year old daughter. They were in the lab for a while but while she was in there. I never heard any crying. The lab tech did an amazing job taking her blood without any problems. I would like to give high praise on this lab tech. Her name is Nicole. Great job Nicole

Breanna Knight I had my first appointment with Dr. Caulkins and I have never been more impressed with a Dr. He actually listed and cared about taking care of my needs. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was taking/wasting his time. I felt heard and valued. Tammy is the Lab is a hoot and a half! She had me laughing the whole time and made it a pleasurable experience to be stabbed in the arm with a needle. This is what exceptional care looks like.

W C I have been going to Virginia Mason on Bainbridge Island. The Doctors, PACs and Nurses have always been professional, caring and value added to my wellness plans. The only issues I experienced in the past is with the front.checkin desk. It is hit or miss with who checks you in and their individual demeanors; some are not.as pleasant as others and consistency could be improved. Overall, I appreciate the care revceived at VM Bainbridge and will continue to put my trust in their care.

Rachael Alamos This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! All of the staff was very nice, friendly and thorough. We waited in the lobby to be called back to a room for only 5 minutes. The doctor was in the exam room within 5 minutes. The doctor was great! He took the time to explain to my children the illnesses that they had and what was going on in their bodies to make them feel sick. He was awesome! Every time my family needs to be seen at an urgent care Im coming back to the doctors clinic urgent care in silverdale every time!

Jessica Finch The staff at Willow tree animal hospital is extremely competent as well as compassionate when it comes to caring for animals. We have brought all three of our animals to Willow tree over the years. When facing a tough decision with our 18-year-old cat, the staff was very clear with us on what to expect in trying to save him as well as what his short and long-term health would look like. I would recommend veterinary hospital to anyone who needed good quality care for their pets.

Jéff Adäms Sunday, March 30, 2025, I went into The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care, Silverdale location. I was welcomed, immediately. Although, I was miserable, and clearly not at my best, they treated me with gracious care and sensitivity. The front desk was exceptionally kind, friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional My experience in previous similar businesses, people are often treated very coldly, like theyre just the next number. Not this place. No, they have a mastery of how to treat people. My interactions were with 5 different staff members, and each were top-notch. Additionally, I observed how they treated other people who were there, and it was good. As a longtime business and community leader and people manager, myself, I know this doesnt just happen all on its own. It starts with hiring quality staff, training them and setting high expectations, and it continues with ongoing support, direction, training, assessments, etc. It can only happen when leadership is determined to keep high standards in service to its customer base (clients or patients), maintain a positive workplace environment, evaluate and improve daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Im almost 60 years old and cannot recall any healthcare business of its kind doing such a remarkably good job. While I dont know others experiences and havent looked into any previous reviews of this business, what I do know is they took care of me better than any other place has. They absolutely went above and beyond in every conceivable way. All the staff there should be able to rest at night, knowing they do their job well. Im beyond satisfied.

Trey Kelly Ive been a patient for about a year. Dr. Wooldridge really listens to your needs and gives you plenty of options when going over your personal health needs. He can do virtual visits if necessary. He really cares for his patients and wont rush you through the annual physical or consultation. He promptly responds to prescriptions and changes to insurance. Hes also very communicative when he is going to be out of the office so that you can plan your visits/refills as necessary. I also liked that he had options for some of my prescriptions that were not covered by my insurance. He recommended a wholesale option with Cost Plus Drugs (owned by Mark Cuban). They were very competitive and he didnt have to mention it during my initial visit. Its nice to have a doctor who seems to enjoy helping his patients.

E H Dr Frandsen (and his assistant Carla (sp?) and the staff) truly care. Period. A family of 3 and we wouldnt go anywhere else on the peninsula for myself, my wife, or our 5 year old daughter. With many allergies, food issues, medication needs, physical set backs (genetic and motorcycle crash related), mental queries, etc etc etc... there are too many things to keep track of. The staff keeps organized, Dr. Frandsen shows compassion and skillful knowledge, and the whole experience is sanitary, careful, unrushed, and honestly what a family pracrice should be striving to create. (He has had more scalpuls in me than I care to admit... Checking this, removing that...) 5 stars through and through. Next time you or a family member need honest care- this practice is the cornerstone of care.
