5 /5 Candice Linn: From Candice Linn: I have had many poor experiences with dentists. I don’t dread the chair near as much thanks to this clinic and their staff. Whitney the biller is amazing at making sure my needs are met at a timely manner and planning my treatment around my budget. She is very kind and flexible. The assistants are warming and make me feel very comfortable. The Dentist himself is kind, gentle and doesn’t make me feel like crap if something is hurting or I need more anesthetic. (Which past dentists have done) He makes great suggestions and is always honest about what is most affordable and not just wanting to take my money. I was bummed when Dr. Lim left but the new guy is just as great. Thanks so much to everyone at Cascade Family Dental. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

1 /5 karl miller: Over charged me $250.00 on day of service. They bill you before your service. They decided to keep the money for my next service three months later. I told them that was unacceptable and unethical. They told me I would have to deal with "corporate" to get my money back. My appointment was in October 2024. It is now December 2024. I have called them a half dozen times. They ignore me and hang up like i am some kind of trouble maker. I have given them thousands of dollars for services that i now dont even know if they were necessary. All i can do is report the truth. You have to decide to stay away or continue your descent. Since this issue the front desk has been rude, abusive, full of lies and unethical. Have a good day.

5 /5 Ashley Hendrickson: I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dental work. Cascade Family dentals staff and DR were extremely compassionate and welcoming. They kept me comfortable and paid very close attention to my fears and did everything to make them disappear. I had an incredibly positive experience here and i would recommend anyone of my family or friends. Thank you all for your positive attitudes and truly caring about the patient!

2 /5 Jayna Malcher: Absolutely adored the staff here. However, this office has incredibly poor planning. At the end of the year, knowing full well that there would be a rush of people trying to use their dental benefits before the end of the year, decided to book their entire schedule full of these patients who failed to plan through the rest of the year. As a consequence the office was not available to any other patients that may have a dental emergency sometime in the last two weeks of the year. While this may not seem like a problem when viewed through the eyes of our broken and corrupt health system or the raging machine of capitalism that we are all bound to. It is a significant oversight on the part of this specific provider, and only serves to show how incredibly little they and their staff actually think or care about their patients. These people will not give a shit about your needs and will simply suggest that you spend your entire day on their office hoping to find a space on their schedule to fit you in. TL;DR: Dont expect anything but routine dental care by appointment (which, btw, I had to have fixed twice because it was done poorly).

5 /5 Laci Hyde: I would absolutely recommend Cascade Family Dental to anyone needing a dentist. Amazing staff throughout the entire visit every time. They make sure you’re comfortable and they’re all so wonderful at their jobs. They’re getting my teeth in the best shape they have been in years, and im so thankful for the amazing work Cascade Family Dental does.
