Animefreak Would have been five stars but the woman who did my nails really rushed it. I had to tell her about the pain on my fingers since it was messed it seemed like an inconvenience by her body language. She still didnt get all of it off. I was in a time crunch so I didnt have time to keep telling her where it was. The design was very rushed too, never getting a manicure from her again. The pedicure from another lady was fantastic, she went through all the steps, and did a great job. A third lady did my toe design and waxing. Very neat and beautiful. I love my eyebrows. Sadly she rushed on my moms waxing and left wax on her here and there. Other customers were there even though we came before them all, but doesnt mean she needed to rush and not do a good job on my mom. For my manicure and pedicure you can definitely tell the designs were done by different people by the quality of the work.

Claire Landon I love going here!! The people are kind and always good to talk to. The prices are great and they do a quality job. I usually get French tips and every time they have been even and exactly what I wanted. In my experience I’ve found scheduling ahead works best, but they are always timely and take walk ins! The place is clean and organized, and it’s always a nice relaxing break in my day to get my nails done here. I’ve had acrylics and gels done and they’ve done a fantastic job!!

Mary Ann Breshears Ivory is the best! She has rescued my poor nails and turned them into conversational pieces! She is a true artist that is passionate about her work!

Gabby Robertson I did not have an appointment, I wasnt expecting them to get me in so quickly. But it happened. Hana, did my pedicure. I appreciate her so much. I was in desperate need of one. The environment was calm and very clean!. I was handed a drink menu, which I wasnt expecting. So that was nice. I will be returning. Thank Hana for my toes!

Bonnie Hall My friend introduced me to this shop last summer, and I was blown away. Best kept secret in the Tri-Cities! I just took my daughter there for pedicures for the two of us. The gentlemen who took care of us did amazing and I cannot say enough good about them. They were so patient with us and made sure we were happy with everything. I highly recommend them!

katherine booth This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to! The nicest and most skilled nail techs I’ve found. I wish I had taken a “before” picture because my nails were wrecked - I showed him an inspo picture and he duplicated it exactly! When I couldn’t find the right color he took the time to search for the perfect shade of pink. I won’t go anywhere else.

Kris Lapp Men deserve to treat themselves too, right? I decided to schedule an appointment with Cassidy after reading other positive reviews about her hair and nail treatments. The scalp massage felt amazing and the various oils she used made my scalp feel fresh and the smells were very soothing. I had never tried a manicure before, but decided to give it a try. I had no idea my hands and nails could look so pretty! She has such a nice studio setup and pampers you. Cathy Byrd Andi has been absolutely wonderful with me! I came to her 11 months ago with horribly infected nails and 11 months later I can actually wear clear over my normal nail and theyre beautiful and the skin is all healed. She is all about health and wellness for your nails, and she takes the time and quality that someone needs to have good healthy nails. I highly highly recommend her!

Hannah Darby Hana did my nails today and my gawd they are beautiful!!! I’ve never done fancy glamour nails like this so was a little nervous but I for sure came to the right person and will be coming back and telling friends where they can come to get gorgeous nails! Thank you for being so sweet also!
