After calling 3 other shops on 6/27/24 that said they couldnt start working on my AC compressor for 3-4 weeks, I spoke with Julie and she confirmed that they would be able to start work on my AC compressor on 7/10/24. I double checked with Julie that they would be able to work on it and not just diagnose the issue on that date. After shuttling my truck there Julie told me that they were no longer able to do the actual work on the AC for what would now be a month. I couldnt wait a month for them to start working on it, it was 104 F and I will be leaving for a trip soon. Now I have to take the truck elsewhere to get it fixed. This is poor schedule planning and communication, but on top of it they wanted me to pay the diagnostic fee $123 which was a waste if they couldnt fix it as agreed. They did not take any accountability for their mistakes. If they would have just apologized and didnt charge the fee, then I could have said that we all make mistakes and they made an attempt to rectify it. I probably would have tried to use their services in the future. Instead they get a bad echoing review and a lost customer with friends and family in the area.
