Everyone from their friendly and engaging receptionist to their dental assistants and especially their professional and seasoned dentist, exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend this amazing dental office to anyone, and I would feel confident that they would make them feel as welcomed as I experienced. Kimm Coates This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to! They are always on time, informative and thorough. I have been wanting to get veneers done for years and I consulted a few different dentists. Not of them ever fit the bill until I met Dr Conway. There were a couple things that I wasn’t happy with and he continued to make it right until I was happy. I couldn’t appreciate him more. Thanks Dr Conway and staff!

Jen Bilbrey Hands down the BEST dental clinic in Spokane. The entire staff is welcoming and makes you feel at ease throughout your entire visit. Amber always greets me with a smile at the front and Heather is the sweetest Hygienist. Dr. Scarborough is the first dentist I have ever seen to truly have empathy for dental anxiety and takes his time to walk through procedures and not rush. He is never pushy about treatment and I feel listened to as a patient. I am so happy that I found their practice. They have made going to the dentist a positive experience for me.

Megan Lehman Downriver Smiles is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk through the door Stacey greets you with a smile! My hygienist Melissa is the great! She’s so gentle and my teeth always feel so clean when she is done. And Dr. Gaunt is always so kind and gentle. I’ve had crowns and fillings done by him and never had any issues. I have a fear of the dentist but not after going to Downriver. I felt no anxiety when having treatment done. Will recommend this office to anyone!

Hamish I hate the dentist and have avoided it like the plague for nearly ten years, but some friends recommended smile source to me and I went very tentatively. Two appointments in and I cannot say enough lovely things about Paige!!! She goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, understanding and clarity, and regularly checks in throughout the appointment to make sure I’m still doing okay. I still don’t enjoy the dentist but having Paige as my hygienist makes my appointments a lot more bearable, and my appointment today was the most comfortable appointment I’ve ever had! -Olivia

They did a great job trying to make ot painless. Thank you Becky for the warm blanket in pillow after sedation. The reception crew out front tray you with respect and work tirelessly to get the insurance set up and ensure your meds needed are sent to the right place. The perio dentist is top in his field and he is a veteran that served our country. The building is ultra clean and is a comfortable setting. Appreciate the entire staff.
