Pam Logan My truck broke down at a gas station, 40 miles from home. Cody nit only answered his phone on a Sunday afternoon, but was on-site in less than 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed for less than u would have paid to get it towed to a repair shop and diagnosed. Back on the road in no time flat!

Jacqueline Flores I cannot begin too express my gratitude too this business. I am thankful and blown away. I have spent almost a week going too mechanics, with midas being one of them. I was being told my vehicle needed all converters replaced. I was so stressed. I couldnt sleep, that was way too much out of my budget. I am a single mom. I came here and these mechanics are skilled mechanics, they where able too tell me what is wrong by listening too my hard knock in my car. At first I was like um I have been told by alot of mechanics what it was and none of them told me that was the issue. I told them what the other mechanics said and they where like nope that is not it. I was like um. I took a big leap of faith with them. They looked like honest people and they turned out to be honest people. They where really kind and treated me and my little son like family. My car noise was driving me crazy and my exaust was plugged, no flow. When I tell you my car is blowing out threw the exhaust pipe now and the knock loud noise is gone, its gone. They started with root of the problem. They fixed my car. They are reasonable, honest and have great realistic prices, they walk you threw the promblem and show you. I have had the worst sleep this week. I am so thankful today I get too lay all this too rest. Car issues are never fun but when mechanics make it worse by just adding more and adding more and more unnecessary work too my bill, its not okay, but thanks too this car repair business, I am well now and stress free. They did not try too add more and more unnecessary repairs. They are honest and great mechanics here. Thank you guys so much, godbless you.

Donna Bigley As a military family, we’re all too familiar with Murphy’s Law—and sure enough, just days after my spouse left, my car suddenly stopped going into reverse. From the very first phone call, I felt like my car was in good hands. After a thorough diagnosis, it turned out I needed a new transmission. We weighed our options and decided to move forward with the replacement. The shop had my car completed within a week, and when I picked it up, the interior was just as clean as I left it. Throughout the entire process, I felt like my concerns were truly heard and addressed. I appreciated the communication and professionalism. Now I’m just waiting on the 10-day/150–200 mile check-up to make sure everything is running smoothly, but so far I feel confident in the work that was done.

Kat Stryker 5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!! I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "youre a woman in an auto shop, so Ill talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you its a big deal.) I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so were gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.

Damaris Hembry While running errands I had a window emergency—it got stuck completely open. In a panic, I called multiple auto repair shops but no one could get me in. I called Midas and Andrea answered; she was kind and even calmed my nerves a bit. She let me know I could bring the car in (45mins to closing); as soon as I walked into the shop, they gave me a quote, pulled my car back and fixed the window. I am so relieved and pleased with the service I received. Romel and his team served me well and if ever needed, I will return to this location. Thank you and keep up the good customer service!!

Roe Marcantonio Ive never a bad experience! I have been taking my Volvos to Boyles for over 25 years. I called this morning to ask when I could schedule my 2017 Volvo XC90 for an oil change. Bill had an opening at 1pm. I was in and out within an hour, with the oil changed, tires inflated, and the service reminder indicator reset. Dean, the mechanic and co-operator, is very efficient and thorough. If you value convenience, efficiency, and a fair price, schedule your car for service today, and tell him that Roe, the Physical Therapist, sent you!
