Brandis Jackson I had an appointment in Seattle coming from Bellingham, and everything went great! I did not catch the gentlemans name taking me to Seattle, but he was early for pick up and fast as we arrived with extra time! Peggy took us home and despite her back pain (which I understood completely, being 7 months pregnant) she was friendly and considerate. We were home on time, even with traffic. Beth, whom we confirmed the rides with answered quickly and in a courteous manner. Great all around, would definitely recommend. I wish I could tell them all how much stress they took off this mom-to-bes shoulders.

My Mom ,s Doctor She is attentive, listening carefully to any issues that I have and remembering to follow up in future appointments. She is thorough, making sure My Mom is always up to date on necessary vaccinations or yearly visits to other doctors. I feel comfortable with her .sharing any health concerns she may have. She is compassionate and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Bal.

Susan Krienen Carolyn Collins is a fantastic provider of Family Medicine. I have been working with her for a number of years. All of my health issues are addressed each visit and she responds timely to messages. She is always prepared when she sees me and really makes me feel special and that she has my best interests in mind as she works with me. I highly recommend Carolyn.

elaine mcdaniel I was extremely happy with our visit to our dermatologist, Dr. Michael Barton. The doctor, his nurse and the receptionist were all very personable and competent. We arrived early and didnt have to wait for our appointed times to be seen. We also appreciated receiving the printout of the notes taken during the visits. Thats so much easier than trying to log onto the computer to find my chart and read what transpired at the visit!

Jim Rabenstein As with other urgent care facilities I expected to be there a while so I brought along my iPad to pass the time. I barely got it turned on and was called back. The nurse was very friendly and did a great job listening to me and taking my vitals. The doctor came in shortly after and asked me a few questions about my upper respiratory issues and listened to my lungs. He sent me back for a few chest X-ray’s (just down the hall). The x-ray technician was very friendly and efficient. When we were done she took me back to my room and a short time later the doctor was back with a diagnosis and ready to send prescriptions to my local pharmacy. The entire visit only took about half an hour. The entire staff, from check in to departure was very friendly and professional. Excellent service and quality care.

Kristi L Dr. Mallorie Smith, Ryan Toering , and Dr. Hannah Carlson are wonderful ENT specialists. They are thorough and compassionate, take time to make their findings understandable, and patiently and clearly respond to questions. Their expertise changed my life when I was searching for answers about long Covid symptoms, and they took time to integrate findings from other specialty areas in treatment decision-making. They’ve also spoken in terms that matched each of my family members’ developmental needs, one who is young and another who is elderly with memory issues. Hearing loss has an emotional element for patients at every age that they normalized and honored, too.
