Silas S. Wouldn’t recommend this place for tire install. Ordered tires online, this shop was offered as one of the install locations. My appointment was at 8am and I was told it would take a couple hours at drop off. I didn’t hear from them so I went back at 3pm and then waited another 45 minutes for them to finish. Guy at front desk said their machines are outdated and they were having rebalance issues, he mentioned I’d need to take it to a tire shop if I have any issues. Less than ideal to take my vehicle to two different shops for tire installation.

Erin Jaber This place has been so great with me and my needs on my car, they keep you updated, kind guys who I am impressed as a team all around, my wallet went missing that day and they ensured I got a ride back to my place and really helped me through the entire stress. Great work and great price. Very happy with all parts of the service and will trust these guys going forward with my car.

Jensen Jones This place did an exceptional job on our fix. I used to take all my vehicles to Blackstone in Federal Way for body work until they sold. They always gave honest assessments to me or my wife. Come to find out the old owner owns this shop! Great service and the pricing is always fair. Highly recommend

William Plummer I could not have been more pleased with the attention, experience and care devoted to my vehicle. This was my second visit to Pacific Motors; Same vehicle, a few years later. Some minor body damage covered by insurance; Other issues on a separate ticket on my dime. Beyond making repairs, the team counselled me on how I could address certain cosmetic issues on my own. It was as if we were working on the car together; A team experience. All too rare these days. I would recommend Pacific time and again.

Samantha McLenachen We love our almost-20-year-old Ford Escape and still depend on it daily for our business. Its always a bummer when something goes wrong, and two weeks ago something did. Our alternator wasnt working any longer, and we brought the car to Titus-Will Service and Tire Center on Broadway. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. In addition to a new alternator, they noticed that the ignition coils were in bad shape and needed replacing. Their communication was consistent and professional, which we really appreciated. I was so impressed with their service and the fact that theyve been operating out of that downtown location for over 80 years that I asked for a full shop tour for our homeschool group. They treated all the kids to a fun and educational experience. I highly recommend this family owned service center thats been keeping drivers in the Tacoma area on the road since the 1930s.

Jonathan Ngo My grandfather had his car “serviced” at this place for a number of years and has been scammed through that entire time with very poor work. I never found out until I was handed down his Lexus SC400 and took it in on two separate occasions. The first time was for a timing belt and the second time was for a steering rack. The steering rack came out to be fine besides the fact that he refused to align the car and we paid $900 for only half the job. Not to mention he used a very cheap steering rack. About a year and a half later, I had an ASE certified tech tear down the car for a front main seal (which included redoing the timing belt) and found that when I took the car into A&A, the owner/tech had left out numerous of bolts and didn’t do the best job torquing the remaining bolts. So much for a “family friend” that my grandparents trusted so much.

lisa axlen Ive known Hung for many years, he has worked on my car(s) countless times.He has always done me right.I think he is very trustworthy . He is very busy.I cant ever imagine him treating anyone wrong or unfairly.

Anna Quinlan I bought my 1991 Miata with a huge dent in the quarter panel. FIX Auto fixed it up real nice for me and had fair pricing! They even fixed the panel gap and door jam. I’m extremely happy with the results. They also have the NICEST PEOPLE EVER working the front desk. It also only took them less than 3 days! The body line came out perfect as well.

Larry Vevig I can’t say enough good things about the people at Fix Auto in Tacoma and the works they do. Recently my 4Runner was attacked by a car wash. Fix dealt with my insurance company keeping me informed along the way and telling my insurance company no sorry we don’t do things that way. They even sourced a good used hood scoop when the only OEM part in the country was broken. Of course they want to make a profit but they also care very much about the quality of their work

Alysia Denizard-Robinson Took my car in with a concern about a belt and I can be honest I’m a bit of an over anxious car owner. Kevin was able to get me in the following 2 days. They were timely, Dropped off in the morning and had a call by the early afternoon. And even though they didn’t see anything of concern, they made me feel heard, and even offered to keep it for another day to do some more inspections. When I picked up they charged me nothing since they couldn’t find an issue and offered to look at my car again if I had anymore concerns

Jessica Delafuente So long story short I paid 2000 bucks for parts they said had to be fixed only to get my car back 3 wks later with more problems than it originally started out with. Then I took it back for another 2 wks just for them to tell me it was a problem they had told me they already fixed. Honestly I drove by during both times I took my car and for the majority of the time my car was outside the garage just sitting there while they were fixing other peoples cars to get quick money. My personal opinion would be to find a better repair shop if it is going to need more than just a brake job for ur car!

Michael Savage Let me start by saying the process felt shady from the jump. I was talking to some girl through email to look at a car, made an appointment to come and see it with her. But when I showed up that person was not there. Okay thats fine I guess, a guy named James started helping me and he was super nice, good guy. I told them that I had certain stipulations from the jump that I was going to do and if we could meet those I would sign today. Everything was going smoothly until the owner / manager guy jumped in the mix suddenly I had $1,000 down payments and was over my monthly payment by over $100. And this guy was pushy, he legitimately was like the kind of used car salesman you hear about. I had my wife on the text telling her what was going on trying to get her to come and look at the vehicle. But with as much as he was pushing we just decided I should leave. Even then he was still trying to get me to sign to something that I didnt agree to on the way out the door. I would go back if I was working with James who seems like a good guy. But watch out because once they run your credit they start tacking things on. I gave it two stars solely for James, otherwise this would have been a one star experience.

Angela Marlow Amanda and her team were so responsive and truly a pleasure to work with. I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee and because it is older I was concerned about finding a good place to take it too for repair. When my son found Easy Street Auto repair and wr explained the car issues we were confident we found the right place and team to work on the car. They did great work and charged exactly the prices quoted. I really appreciated also being able to select the work to be done and other issues to be worked later to help spread out the cost. I will definitely be taking my car back and highly recommend Easy Street Auto.

Natalie McArthur Honest & reliable. Fairly priced. My car’s transmission light came on after some body work from an auto body place. I brought my car here. They found (quite quickly) that after the body work, someone forgot to plug something back in! They only charged me for for a bit of labor. I’ve gone back here for all my automotive needs since. They are who I refer my friends and family too. They give accurate estimates and most importantly, don’t try to upsell things you don’t need, don’t want, or can’t afford. They won’t do any work without your authorization as well. Trustworthy. Something you don’t see very often these days.

Meghan Woodard I initially had my car towed in because it would not start. Precision was able to identify the problem, (a broken ignition lock), however, they stated that it would be easiest to resolve through the dealership. I primarily spoke with Josh and he went above and beyond to help me figure out the logistics with the dealership (who were not quite as helpful). Despite not having fixed the issue, I fully trust Precision to act with integrity and transparency and would definitely recommend them for that alone. I am especially grateful to Josh for helping me navigate my situation with patience and honesty.

joel minas Truly good hearted people. I was having power issues with my 2019 Jetta. I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out that a battery change requires resetting the battery settings in the cars computer with a scan tool and generally requires being done at a dealer or shop. I am new to the Tacoma area and hadnt yet found a mechanic. I called several shops and was quoted $350-$590 for the battery and 1-2 hours of labor for changing it. When I called Too Quicks, I explained the situation and that I was not expecting such high costs, especially because Ive always changed my own batteries in the past. They asked me if I wanted to have the battery change done at the shop or if I was going to change the battery myself and simply needed a reset with their scan tool. I was very surprised that this was even an option, so I answered that I would definitely prefer to change the battery myself. I was told that if all I needed was the computer reset, I would likely be charged just half an hour of labor (60$) when I brought my car in they hooked up the scan tool and reset my battery settings, it took about 15 minutes. When everything was complete, they just said "youre all set" and did not even charge me. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such kind, good hearted people who truly seem to care first about helping people.

Pam Logan My truck broke down at a gas station, 40 miles from home. Cody nit only answered his phone on a Sunday afternoon, but was on-site in less than 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed for less than u would have paid to get it towed to a repair shop and diagnosed. Back on the road in no time flat!

Celise Tinkham My family and I had just flown into Seatac & stopped in Tacoma on our way home for some food. My dad’s truck wouldn’t start & we were an hour away from home. Called around for a jump, came across Cody, & he quoted us a super reasonable price. 5 minutes tops & he arrived & got us back on the road. Noah Graff Although I didn’t end up using their services, I spent a good amount of time on the phone with them discussing used trucks. It all started with a request for a PPI (which they no longer offer—and that’s totally okay!). These guys were incredibly friendly, eased my mind, and gave me solid advice on what to look for. Thank you for your time. If I lived closer, you would absolutely have my business!

Emma Gregory Amazing people, incredible service. They’ve been my go-to for about two years now. They’re efficient, communicative, great at addressing concerns, and have talked me down when I thought my car was absolutely toast and/or about to destroy my bank account. They take great care of their customers. I travel from Vashon just to get my car taken care by them. Thank you for being so amazing!!!!

Elizabeth Williams My car suddenly wouldnt start over the weekend; another mechanic shop (which was overbooked) recommended Evergreen Automotive. Im so glad I was led here. Ive not had the best experience in the past with other mechanics who have claimed I needed unnecessary repairs, and in this situation, Evergreen could have easily taken advantage of me since it was unclear what caused the issue. Instead, they checked it over thoroughly, found nothing wrong (the car actually decided to start working again after the tow over to the shop - the assumption being that maybe something had become misaligned and went back into place), and, despite the amount of time they spent on it, didnt charge me anything. They also were very patient in answering my many questions and ensuring I understood what might have happened and what to do if it occurred again. Have been recommending them to others since and glad to know I now have a trustworthy place to go for any future services!

Ericalee I have contemplated leaving a review because I am still in shock from my horrible experience. I took my truck in for service, tune up, oil change, and transmission service. Dropped it off, assuming everything was being done. I was told to pick it up later that day, so I was dropped off by a co-worker. As I sat for 45 mins, then being told the truck was not ready. I had to find a ride home. The next evening, I returned to pick up my truck, thinking it was going to be happy it had all this great service to it. I was then told they only got the oil changed and serviced the transmission. No tune-up. Cool, cool! Ok. Its whatever at this point. I drive home, and the transmission is jerking. I immediately call and leave a message. The next day, I get a returned call saying it drove fine for them. I demanded they look at my transmission. Most definitely, something is seriously wrong. I drop my truck off again, go back that evening. Nope, nothing wrong with it, they say. I, at this point, they are making me feel so crazy and stressed, and Im trying to be calm. So, I took a video of how bad the transmission was jerking and slipping.... a week later. Yes, a week I had to drive my 4runner with the transmission slipping and jerking until they finally opened the transmission back up... and shocker!!! The transmission seal was not set correctly. Anyways... there is so much more drama to this event I will spare you with... My transmission still slipps/jerks going uphill or downhill. Which I am just living with as I will NEVER take any vehicle to this Evergreen!!! Every time my transmission slips, I re-live this whole horrid experience. I have updated the EVERGREEN AUTOMOTIVE!!. I clearly know what shop I had the amazing experience at! I am happy to post my invoice to show its your shop. Please do not continue to gaslight me, just like with my transmission issues!
