Roe Marcantonio Ive never a bad experience! I have been taking my Volvos to Boyles for over 25 years. I called this morning to ask when I could schedule my 2017 Volvo XC90 for an oil change. Bill had an opening at 1pm. I was in and out within an hour, with the oil changed, tires inflated, and the service reminder indicator reset. Dean, the mechanic and co-operator, is very efficient and thorough. If you value convenience, efficiency, and a fair price, schedule your car for service today, and tell him that Roe, the Physical Therapist, sent you!

Kat Stryker 5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!! I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "youre a woman in an auto shop, so Ill talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you its a big deal.) I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so were gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.

Jose Cartagena I was recommended to brunos auto repair through a friend whos vehicle crapped on him on the freeway, so he was desperate for repair , from the jump their conducted a diagnosis and didnt try to upsell him on things he didnt need. My buddy is a tough customer and was very pleased with their customer service and their work. Had the vehicle running in a timely manner. My issue was my car battery which i did a self diagnosis , which i came to the conclusion my starter was acting up. Mind you i can still drive my vehicle and it runs just fine but sometimes has a slow crank After running their test they found nothing wrong with my vehicle and said they tighten down my battery. Other experience with mechanic shops will try to rob you blind. I was very pleased with their honesty And knew that I had to give them a good review and would recommend them to anyone looking to get an honest quote and good work on their vehicle.

williamhonan Excellent customer service! Bill was great to work with. Wonderful communication and straight forward. I have an older 450 SL and no one will work on them, this garage was highly recommended by the garage that used to work on all our older model cars previously. Very happy with the work done. Great price and great service.

Joanna Bowden I had my car towed to Mooses because it was the closest shop to where I broke down on I-5. This shop diagnosed the problem missed by another shop, had it repaired the same day, and charged a fair price. I will return to Mooses for all my future auto needs.

Jeff Sternal I had a great experience with Andy and Tyler, who rehabilitated my late fathers 2005 Thunderbird. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. If youve looked at the other reviews, youve seen one with eleven reasons theyre great. I was skeptical when I saw it, but Andy and Tyler more than lived up to it. Id highlight a few of those reasons (paraphrased): - These guys are honest, trustworthy, and have excellent character. Everything they told me checked out, and they went out the way to make sure I understood what we were discussing. - They communicated regularly, with timely updates via an appropriate channel, whenever they had something relevant to say. Quick questions came via phone or text, invoices via email. - They were focused on achieving my goals, and treated the car like it was their own. If Im ever in a position to do work like this again, I wont hesitate to go to Rule Garage.

Rob Stanley A truly honest man. He cut to the chase and told me Im better off buying a new car rather than having him fix it. He also told me that if Im looking to buy another Volvo, to have him look it at first. The Volvo dealership would have charged me $500 for that info. Highly recommend.

Joshua Calderon I took my 2018 BMW 330i Touring to Lakewood Collision to have a bumper I purchased installed. The bumper was pre-owned and required considerable work. Vadim and his talented team did an outstanding job restoring the bumper to like-new condition, while also fulfilling my request to fill in the holes from the license plate and reflectors. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work, especially given the competitive pricing. I highly recommend their services and will return for any future auto body needs.
