He quoted me $500 and when I drove it there he said the alternator looked fine, there was a missing cap and too much air. Didnt charge me a damn thing! Nice, knowledgeable guys! Thanks!

Diana Mast Took my 2008 highlander in for an AC issue. Gaynors mechanic did a whole engine check for us.we had some issue that needed to be addressed now. Was able to get the job done in a record time. I am very happy with out come. Have AC working now and new timing belt and new spark plugs. The mechanic Scott was great explaining everything he did.. the staff were great also. I am going back soon to get another area fixed. Using the coupon I had for the oil change I got done here was cheaper than going and buying the oil, filter, etc., and doing it myself! Randy Barnes My first time here and everything went well! Had my used truck completely gone through for maintenance and to make any necessary repairs that were needed in order to make it safe to drive! The truck in my opinion had not been serviced in quite a while so almost everything needed attention! Needed so much work it took 2 days to complete, but was delivered on time and ready to go! My service adviser ( Lucky ) that helped me with everything was great! I will definitely go back for my normal service and for any needed repairs as the old truck will probably need more as it ages!

Cor First time reaching out to Caseys Auto Repair. The service advisor i was working with went over the fees / service that would take place and scheduled me in throughout the week. I was thinking itll be a while before I heard what the problem was however it was the next day before lunch time. They were able to text me all the technicians findings, fluids recommended, services, and the part that was broken/needed replaced. Advisor told me it would take a few days, however the team surprised me and got the part in early. However, it came with a little extra charge at the end if the day. Advisor apologized for that. Picking up the vehicle staff in office was nice and attentive when walking in. As I was paying for the bill they had someone pull up the vehicle which was nice. Prices seemed like they were decent for the service I did.

They are upfront with them being short on staff but also they make sure they fix your problem even if it takes a bit longer. Honesty and quality over quickness will win me over every time. karen C I took my 2004 prius.in to get the air conditioning fixed. I was told my car was ready to pick up because the air conditioning was working. the first time i was told that there was a dirty cabin air filter and a mouse nest, thats why the ac wasnt working plus low freon. I picked the car up and was informed me they also fixed my rear wiper which they didnt ask my permission for. I could have done it myself much cheaper. The ac was not blowing cold consistently. I took the car back. My boyfriend was pulling into the parking lot to pick me up, one of the employees yelled at him, "move it you dumb ass." Not exactly what you should be saying to any customer pulling into your parking lot! The second time I came to pick up my car, the guy assured me the ac was working, I was billed for the exact same work, being done on the car. The ac still does not work consistently. The owner was also rude and didnt listen when i tried explaining my problem with the bill and the work done. Previously the worker, told me "he had never worked on a toyota or a hybrid before." Ron the owner? was also pretty rude to me and told me if I didnt like the prices maybe I should go to the toyota dealer. It wasnt a thing of the price as it was cheap.I just wanted my air conditioning working. Im willing to pay what its worth Would not recommend anyone to this shop. I. Megan G My tire blew out, and these professionals were able to fix it at a fair price. $35! As a single mom with not much savings that is a spectacular price. Moreover, Grace and Francisco provided excellent customer service, and ensured all of my needs were met during my visit. This shop doesnt JUST do tires though. I will be back for my brakes and a general tune-up. This shop I highly recommend because they are honorable comment trustworthy and get the job done right the 1st time. Check them out!!!

adam collins I have come here maybe 5 times because everytime ibgo, the do a fantastic job. Today, I came in for brake pad replacement, quoted me a time, and were done 15 minutes early. Awesome! Got into the vehicle and noticed a squeal coming from the area worked on. Rang them up, said, "Come back, and they will assess." Awesome. They did, and while there, my 26 year old vehicle popped a brake line. Normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this vintage. Not their issue as they simply replaced the pads. Ok Im going to spend some more time here. Thus is where its gets great. Not only did they genuinely care that my vehicle is broken, but they also sprung into action, called their supplier, parts showed up in under 10 minutes, and they were on it like white on rice. Got me back on the road, again, and bid me farewell. Customer service off the charts, thank you so very much. You saved lives tonight with your generosity and wonderful service. CrazyApfel I found myself suddenly in need of an emergency mechanic – here I am, out of town in Portland, OR, and my oil pan is busted. If only someone could come right here, on Memorial Day weekend, and fix it for me so I can go home(yeah right)! He contacted me back, and said he could help. Not only that, but he comes to where you are(no need to have it towed to a shop)! It wasnt an easy fix, but Rick uses all means at his disposal. When it seemed he wasnt going to be able to fix it over the weekend, he prepared to tow it for us. Then, with it on the tow dolly he realized what he could do differently, and fixed it. Theres still a couple things I need my mechanic to do for it to be completely repaired, but Rick & his team took care of me & my son, did locate a new oil pan, put it on, and got it running. I was able to drive it over 200 miles home instead of having it towed. An experience for my son, and my wife and I are very grateful! Rick is an amazing person, keeping his word, and his way is to think of a way to get it done, and do it. If youve ever had a mechanic friend help you by working on your car, its like that. He drove us to a hotel when we had to stay a night, and he is intentional to be affordable. A man with integrity, and he applies that to his business. If you are on the road in NW Oregon or SW Washington state and have vehicle troubles, give Rick a call!

Jose Montiel Would not recommend going to this guy. He replaced my timing belt and water pump on my car but he did it incorrectly he had missing blots and loose bolts and he bent some stuff also he was avoiding my calls and text when he knew he messed up my car. Avoid this guy It doesnt seem like he knows what he is doing. Edit:No one else but Ricks mobile mechanic and the shop that fixed his mistakes worked on my car. I dont know where he got that multiple people work on it or how he would know. And it was about a week after he worked on my car that it started making a horrible grinding noise and I told him right after it happened. So I dont know about the several weeks later when it was around a week and I had barely driven it just to work for about 4 days that is about a 7 minute drive. Posted pictures to show proof. Got my car nov 22 and it started having problems dec 2 and a picture of what the shop found and fixed.

After several failed attempts to reach him, I was finally able to contact Rick using an unblocked phone number. To his credit, once we spoke, he apologized for the breakdown in communication and explained there were extenuating circumstances. Rick refunded the amount I requested for the corrective work I had to do on my own. I respect that once contact was made, he took responsibility and made things right. That level of accountability matters. Because he addressed the issue and followed through with a fair resolution, I’m adjusting my original review from one star to three. I believe that with any service-based business, both the customer and the provider share responsibility—customers should do their due diligence, and providers should remain consistent and communicative. This updated review reflects a calm and mutual resolution. I appreciate Rick’s willingness to make it right. zero stars, I would—solely because of Rick’s complete lack of integrity. He came out to fix my truck’s fuel pump. After the repair, I went to fill up the tank and gas immediately started spilling onto the ground. Come to find out, he never reattached the fuel filler line to the gas tank. A careless and dangerous oversight. I called Rick immediately—he said he’d come back out to fix it. That was over two weeks ago. I’ve called him several times since, and he’s been dodging my calls ever since. No follow-up, no accountability, no professionalism. I ended up having to fix his mistake myself. If you have the misfortune of working with him, make sure you use a payment method that you can dispute with your bank—because once he has your money, don’t count on hearing from him again. Stay far away. Find someone who actually stands behind their work. Update June 19: Rick responded to this review disappointed I left a one star review. Still no accountability taken, Apologies given. Shawn Polston I was in need of a second opinion for an issue with my Jeep and I was referred to CG Autowerks by another shop that couldn’t get me in. Well, I now have a new solid mechanic to go to. Craig is legit and will be straight up with you and has fair prices. Sure you can always find someone to do a job for cheaper but at the end of the day, quality of workmanship and knowledge oversee saving a couple bucks. I picked up the weekend warrior on Friday and was out in the muddy Offroad trails on Saturday with no concerns. Appreciate you and your team

Robyn Campbell Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Kevin was extremely friendly, easy to talk to very personable. The mechanic that looked over my vehicle was so thorough. It blew my mind. The inspection alone was amazing as well as the work that was done to My Nissan Xterra took it in for an exhaust leak and they found the problem fixed it. At a very affordable price. Definitely would use them in the future for any other car issues!

Holli Rapp These guys are amazing! My truck broke down two days before a big camping trip. I had it towed to them after reading so many positive google reviews. The problem required dropping the transmission to replace two parts. I thought there is no way they are going to be able to get my truck back to me in time for my trip. They did it! I am so grateful! They have a really cool way of sending their planned procedure via text with pictures for your approval. They took the time to explain what needed fixed and why. They also showed me the damaged parts that were replaced. I highly recommend this business. Just wanted to add that they did check up on me a couple days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Put over 600 miles towing jet skis without any problems.

I asked Kevin about another option to get a little more life out of my car. He did not hesitate to offer one and my car was ready to go in 3 hours. Brett Crowe This shop is 100% honest and will not pull the wool over the customers eyes for their own benefit. They would be 5 star if not for the forgetfulness during the estimate phase and the difficulty following instructions. Often auto repairs can go from a simple “get it road worthy” repair to an expensive “cut no corners” project without the process being relayed back to the customer. Its great to have EVERYTHING in perfect working order but not so great if you did not ask for all the work to be done and you get stuck with a much higher bill than you authorized. The silver lining to this constructive criticism is that the shop is willing to work with the customer to make it right regardless of what happens. Ive had multiple cars worked on here and Ive even had them look at the same job after the work was complete to make it 100%. They are very accommodating. In my opinion an honest shop is far more valuable than an efficient and cheap shop.

When someone asks me if I know a good mechanic Jim at B&L is the one that I recommend. He really goes above and beyond for you. He searches for the best deal and when he fixes your car it’s done correctly and quickly. He doesn’t try to over sell or over charge. Ian Crane Jim is very honest with good communication and charge is very reasonable prices. He put a new clutch in my 2008 Honda S2000 for quite a bit less than the price Google reported for estimated cost. Today I dropped off my 2006 Corolla XRS to diagnose a high idle issue and address some exhaust leaks. Jim is definitely trustworthy and is generally able to get my vehicle scheduled for service quickly.
