George Lopez Haven’t been to the gym in awhile but decided to try some gyms in the area but still ended up going to LA fitness. They’re always keeping things clean and have a sauna. Staff has been very helpful. Manpal and Kane always make it a great experience. Friendly and easy to talk to if I have any questions. Kane provided great input on my goals during the complimentary training session. This gym is also very pet friendly. I take my service dog Moose there with me and they are always very welcoming to him.

Olivia Russell I started at vie about a year ago! I’ve gained muscle, confidence and a better relationship with my body. Vie has amazing coaches that are encouraging and help push you to do what you didn’t think was possible. Its members are encouraging, kind, and represent all types of strong beautiful women.

mac Watkins I had a great experience. I did the cryotherapy and I feel the difference in the body. They also have lots of other great options for taking care of your body!

Amber Edwards Greylin James is a great personal trainer. He works well one on one or in groups. Greylin really knows how to motivate both adults and children of all ages. Very clean environment

Wendy Marquez Its still one of my favorite locations. However, this one does not have a pool. Very clean and can always find a machine, treadmill, or bike.

Deon Abdullah Mixxedfit is a place where community meets health and networks are fostered around self expression and wellness creating a magical environment that is Mixxedfit. 10 out of 5 of it were possible!! I love Studio Mixxedfit!

montai howard Over the past few years lve been on and off with my fitness journey. Wasnt able to find a gym that fit my needs. I found grit city and coach jeff and thats exactly what its been. We are in there working and pushing limits daily to make ourselves into the people we all want to be. Coach Jeff is very interactive and keeps everyone on pace. Its just like having a personal trainer during the duration of the work out. By far the best gym and the best atmosphere/community in any gym lve ever been in. Would recommend if youre serious about your goals!!

So Young Chon Excellent gym and the best PF location I’ve ever been to. The place is exceptionally clean from out on the floor to the spacious shower stalls. The equipment is updated and feels very fancy.

The studio is bright, clean, and calming with well-maintained reformers and other Pilates equipment. Private sessions with Julie’s attentive coaching create a focused, supportive atmosphere where form and alignment are prioritized. Julie offers helpful, personalized modifications for injuries, and virtual sessions if needed. Since starting here I’ve gained core strength, improved posture, and noticed reduced lower-back tension and hip discomfort. Booking and communication are seamless, and the pricing feels fair for the level of instruction. I highly recommend Julie and this studio to anyone in Tacoma looking for knowledgeable, patient, and results-driven Pilates instruction.
