Vie has amazing coaches that are encouraging and help push you to do what you didn’t think was possible. Its members are encouraging, kind, and represent all types of strong beautiful women.

5 /5 Heidi F: Coaches are wonderful! There’s something about the Tacoma coaches that I really feel like I belong there! I go to different studios like UP, SH & GH and they’re great, too! Tacoma just hits different! The women that go here too give such a fun, chill and welcoming vibe from my experience compared with the other studios. It’s fun to see how close coaches are with almost everyone! This was the first Vie studio I ever attended since 2022. I love that the workouts are always new every day. It really challenges me. I’ve definitely been a lot stronger and confident since coming here! Parking lot is tiny, so if you can’t find parking, park across at the Co-op. Coaches say don’t park in the neighborhood as the residents don’t like it.

5 /5 Riley Ranch: I initially joined Vie in 2018 because I was looking for a place to learn how to weight lift and I have loved it every day since! The workouts are creative and challenging, while still offering something for every fitness level. It’s also a great place to meet new people! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Mark Storslee: My wife has been with Vie Athletics for 6 years. A few times a year, they host coed workouts which are always fun (and humbling). Our kids have also joined for family workouts & events. It’s a great community and she has met a lot of people and families who we spend time with outside the gym!

Ive been a member for over five years now and it has positively impacted my life in innumerable ways. I never thought I’d have “gym friends” that are now just friends. Never performative or intimidating, Vie welcomes everyone with open and friendly arms. So stop reading and go change your life already!
