After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Richne Vargas We recently took our 4-month-old daughter to get her ears pierced. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Anastasia was the one who did the piercings, and she was absolutely fantastic—so patient, gentle, and reassuring. She took the time to make sure we were completely comfortable with the placement and walked us through everything step by step. Thanks to her, it all went smoothly and we left feeling really confident and happy. Now I’m seriously considering going back to get my own ears pierce.
