Sara Cook Jennifer S and Jennifer T have been absolutely helpful in helping me make the ring of my dreams! I showed Jennifer S my dream ring inspired by a movie and she jumped on helping find the yellow diamond to ship into the store and view. Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced. Would highly recommend meeting with these fine ladies for custom designs of any other jewelry purchases. 10/10 experience!

Sonny I had great anxiety bringing my daughter in to get her ears pierced, Leanne did a great job explaining the process and coordinated so both earrings would be pierced at the same time. On the actual moment of getting her ears pierced the process was quick and she made sure before actually doing the piercing that its where we wanted it to be. Upon completion my daughter cried for no more than 5 seconds and was absolutely happy. We are super pleased with the service this banter offered us and will definitely come back again

Pac Love Excellent and exceptional service and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a particular product and they helped me find the best one with the most reasonable price. My first time visiting this store and both of the gentleman were very professional polite and pleasant. I will most definitely recommend them to my family and friends and most importantly I will return soon. Wish you guys had an online option when new stuff arrives but hey maybe in the future that will happen. Great business 10/10

I had multiple conversations in person and over the phone with Amy. JJ took the time to hear my needs and walk me through all my options. Gerald Parr Well, this is an interesting one for the books. I came to the store the Friday before Labor Day, thinking they were open (Google said yes), but when I arrived the sign on the door said open, but all was dark. Hmmm, maybe just havent opened. Nobody inside, so I emailed the address from Google and said "Your ad and door says open today, but youre not?" Unfortunately, Mr Android "I know better" spell checker (or my big fingers) jumped in and sent a somewhat different text, only changing AD to something else, where the S is right next to the D. OK, a couple days later I looked at my email and thought...well, you know. Anyway, I sent an apology on behalf of Mr Android and myself and they said they were sorry they werent open. SO, on with the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the place and expected to see people in suits, fancy dresses or whatever and everyone was casually (comfortably) dressed. The conversation was very professional, instructive, informative and sometimes even funny. (yes, they didnt know about the foo-foo) with the email until I mentioned it. It was not an instant expectation of sales or whatever. Its customer oriented, and if you dont see what suits you, pet the cute puppy and be on your merry way. The place is arranged well and able to give you on-the-spot information. Theyve been in business a long time, and I can see why. Maybe if I decide to get my honey of 39 years, it will be a go-to place. Make it your first stop, if at least out of curiosity.

Lujan Will Ive been to multiple coins shops through out Washington and Oregon, this place hands down has the best pricing and the most coins on display. You can actually go in there and find what your looking for without help from any employees. Probably the best thing I like about them. Most coin dealers "you have to know what youre looking for", they have to run into the back to find it. Or I get "not to many people collect Jefferson nickels" with a puzzled look. This place has a massive display of Pennies, nickels, dimes, quaters and a ton of slabbed stuff. Ontop of that, their pricing is right on par with internet prices and they staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A must see store!!!

Sarah Knutson I got a permanent jewelry bracelet done by an independent artist and it stretched out a bit. I couldn’t connect with them to get it fixed so looked for a place I could walk in. This spot is perfect! I was able to swing by when worked for me and Brenden (hope I spelled that right) was excellent. He made sure I was measured to my preference and was very precise in the weld. I’m thrilled how snug my bracelet is now and really appreciate the work. Definitely recommend TCJ!

She was so helpful, informative and knowledgeable about my old vintage silver pieces that were not marked as silver, but turned out that they were. She was so kind to spend the time with me and answer all my questions. I will definitely be back and this will be the only place I go to in the area. Fair prices and great service!
