I had multiple conversations in person and over the phone with Amy. JJ took the time to hear my needs and walk me through all my options. Lujan Will Ive been to multiple coins shops through out Washington and Oregon, this place hands down has the best pricing and the most coins on display. You can actually go in there and find what your looking for without help from any employees. Probably the best thing I like about them. Most coin dealers "you have to know what youre looking for", they have to run into the back to find it. Or I get "not to many people collect Jefferson nickels" with a puzzled look. This place has a massive display of Pennies, nickels, dimes, quaters and a ton of slabbed stuff. Ontop of that, their pricing is right on par with internet prices and they staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A must see store!!!

Gabriel Tam Such amazing staff and options. Love every time we go! My late grandmother left me with some jewelry, and one piece was an old styled diamond ring. Michelle worked with my wife to get the diamond back to amazing shape and set it in a new, timeless ring that will be passed down to my daughter. Edit: we’ve now shopped from Kantor multiple times. Michelle is the best. She knows everything my wife and I like. She helps with gifts we give each other. The quality of diamonds are unmatched. We appreciate her dearly.

Taylor Gaspardo Mari and Mason were awesome today! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Gerald Parr Well, this is an interesting one for the books. I came to the store the Friday before Labor Day, thinking they were open (Google said yes), but when I arrived the sign on the door said open, but all was dark. Hmmm, maybe just havent opened. Nobody inside, so I emailed the address from Google and said "Your ad and door says open today, but youre not?" Unfortunately, Mr Android "I know better" spell checker (or my big fingers) jumped in and sent a somewhat different text, only changing AD to something else, where the S is right next to the D. OK, a couple days later I looked at my email and thought...well, you know. Anyway, I sent an apology on behalf of Mr Android and myself and they said they were sorry they werent open. SO, on with the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the place and expected to see people in suits, fancy dresses or whatever and everyone was casually (comfortably) dressed. The conversation was very professional, instructive, informative and sometimes even funny. (yes, they didnt know about the foo-foo) with the email until I mentioned it. It was not an instant expectation of sales or whatever. Its customer oriented, and if you dont see what suits you, pet the cute puppy and be on your merry way. The place is arranged well and able to give you on-the-spot information. Theyve been in business a long time, and I can see why. Maybe if I decide to get my honey of 39 years, it will be a go-to place. Make it your first stop, if at least out of curiosity.

Kelly Travis (TK) I came in to have two watches resized and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The clerk was knowledgeable, courteous, and completed the work on the spot with speed and precision. We had a pleasant conversation, and I appreciated the professionalism throughout. A Rod Went in just wanting to look around, Alicia greeted and helped me, she showed me some pretty charms, i love the Disney collection. I ended up buying this ring for my sister! If you’re going to Pandora definitely recommend the sales associate I had Alicia. Very very nice with great customer service, will be coming back!
