Angie Elam Katie is simply the best! I went to a party and got a bracelet and because I liked her so much I hosted a party! She sets everything up and displays everything so professionally! She is so sweet and kind! I have 2 bracelets from her and my 2 little girls each have one too. I have had other permanent jewlery that didnt hold up so well and the jewelry I have from Katie has held up well! I highly recommend her for your party, youll love her!

Genesis Middlebos I absolutely cannot praise my experience with Austins enough. From the moment my fiance and I walked through the door we were treated like family and Sue was the most patient, kind guide as we took the time to really ponder and design our dream ring. The price was more affordable than main stream department stores for a custom piece of significantly higher quality. My soon to be husband and I will not be shopping anywhere else for our jewelry needs for as long as we live in Spokane. Stop in, you wont regret it.

Austin Holzer I delt with Levi who is usually at a different location but I was fortunate enough to work with him at the Francis location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra distance. He not only made us feel welcomed but didnt rush us or use any kind of sales tactics so we knew we wanted to work with him again when we returned to pull the trigger on the most amazing ring weve seen at the 5+ stores we visited today! Im a heavy question customer and Levi answered all of them with a smile and would even have his manager assure us on the more advanced questions. The manager was really friendly and easy to work with as well and even polished/buffed the ring again before we took it just to make my girl happy which was a nice little cherry on top. Overall a 10/10 that I would do again! Thanks again guys!

Andrea Hamilton This place is THE only place to buy high end furniture in Washington/Idaho We couldn’t be happier! We’ve always been treated like family. Mike is very fair And will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs Samuel and Kabe were genius at getting the giant couch on my upstairs deck and arranged it for us. Any time you need to make a change just call him. He will come get your old stuff and bring what you’ve found. Everything is negotiable.
