Austin Holzer I delt with Levi who is usually at a different location but I was fortunate enough to work with him at the Francis location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra distance. He not only made us feel welcomed but didnt rush us or use any kind of sales tactics so we knew we wanted to work with him again when we returned to pull the trigger on the most amazing ring weve seen at the 5+ stores we visited today! Im a heavy question customer and Levi answered all of them with a smile and would even have his manager assure us on the more advanced questions. The manager was really friendly and easy to work with as well and even polished/buffed the ring again before we took it just to make my girl happy which was a nice little cherry on top. Overall a 10/10 that I would do again! Thanks again guys!

I generally do not like shopping for clothes because I struggle to know what would look good on me. But Selene asked what I was looking for and found me some pieces that were absolutely stunning on me! The store is also inviting and has a whimsical feel to it. You will not want to leave.

Stephanie G I had the worst time here. The girls act like they work at a high end jewelry store and so snobby, like pandora is only 1 step above the fantasy jewelry you get at Clair’s… when the manager pretty much forced this girl who was not doing anything to help me she actually scuffed and rolled her eyes as she looked at me. I bought a whole set up as a gift.mind you these toy charms cost on average 50 bucks. They girl ended up acting a bit nicer when she realized I didn’t have a budget. I honestly want to ask for the stupid bracelet back to return it. Shop elsewhere where they treat people with dignity.

Morgan Flowers I would give Mike and the team 10/10 if I could. I originally reached out exploring ideas for a custom wedding band. Life got busy, and the team was so amazing and reached back out a few months later. Again, we explored other designers in town. Ultimately we chose to go with Mike and Teneff. Mike took the time to meet with us individually to explore design ideas- and even let me change my whole idea! He was professional, and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable trusting the team with family diamonds and gold that are very dear to me. Mike and the Teneff team exceeded my expectations with communication throughout the entire process. Staff was patient and thoughtful in helping me look for something. Dani specifically helped me find the one. She listened to what I was looking for and was looking all over the display case to find me one I would like. Overall, great experience and I will be back!
