After a horrible experience with a large chain jeweler (they lost my antique wedding band and lied about it for months, long story) I was nervous taking my wedding band set to be cleaned and inspected. Well, one day, I noticed a bad prong on my engagement ring and knew I needed to just get it done. I found Jewelry Dr. via Google and couldnt be happier! They saw me right away as a walk in, immediately inspected my set, identified the problem and even found two cracked diamonds in my wedding band! They were able to complete the work promptly and in house which was amazing. They had honest, fair pricing and shined my rings up like new. Ill definitely be back to have inspections, further repairs and cleanings!

I showed Jennifer S my dream ring inspired by a movie and she jumped on helping find the yellow diamond to ship into the store and view. Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience.
