Susan King I have been communicating with Kelly Blyth of Medicare509 over the last couple months, and finally got to meet her today. I am so glad I did! Kelly has helped me to navigate through uncharted waters. Not only did she help me start the Medicare process, she was kind, professional, competent, and very accommodating. Joshua Vick Hands down the worst insurance company I have had to deal with. One of their insureds hit our vehicle in a parking lot. There was significant damage. It is now 5 months later and I have had to fight with them about everything. I have been transferred to 6 different agents through the process. Only one of them has been helpful shout out to Patrick in Spokane Washington for being as helpful as he could be. The rest have been absolutely useless! You know who you are Benjamin, Brenda, Lamont, Megan. They dont want to help. They dont listen. They are unreasonable and there goal is to absolutely take advantage of you, and you get nothing. My car hit = nothing other than repair and loss in value My time loss and missing out on work dealing with a damaged car = nothing My fuel spent going to get estimates on repair = nothing my returning to get the repair fixed a second time = nothing my diminished value on my was $50k plus vehicle that now shows an accident on the report = nothing Me without my vehicle for weeks = nothing What you do get for no charge from this company? Rude agents check! Canned responses check! shuffling from person to person check! Loss of time check! Loss of money check! Loss of value in your vehicle check! This company does really check all the boxes. The boxes of a company that doesnt care!

Asher Ernst We’ve worked with Mike on a lot of different types of policies and he’s been incredibly helpful. He has done everything from our personal policies to helping get us builders risk insurance and even licensed and bonded as a general contractor. One of the things that Mike brings to the table that’s been such an added benefit for me is that he is able to walk us through processes that I didn’t know anything about, but because he has such experience he made it much less stressful. I recommend him to all of my friends!

eddie K Sam is beyond helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get any/all questions answered. He’s helped me get my wife added to my vehicle with easy and was extremely painless. He guided me through the process and showed me different outcomes if certain options were chosen. 11/10 would recommend Sam as your insurance guy!

Randy Cox is my agent and he has been always been professional and great to work with. If I needed any changes done to my policies, he’s done it quickly and throughly. Jack L I have been working with Scott Jensen and his team for one and a half years at this point and have been extremely happy with the help he has provided. He was able to save me money on a number of insurance products, but encouraged me in another direction in the one instance I could get a product cheaper somewhere else. He helped me navigate a number of business and business/insurance processes he was familiar with and provided much wise counsel. Also he was able to get me a term life policy where several other agents had failed to do so (pre existing health stuff, etc). I would highly recommend Scott and his agency whether you are a business owner or just an individual. The presence of administrative staff also makes dealing with Scotts team far easier than with standalone agents. Would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. .
