B-sauce HR Great insurance agent. He has already been there for me when I need him the most. Like when I’ve been pulled over and couldn’t find my proof of insurance. He emailed it to me on the spot so I was able to avoid a ticket. Also provided the list competitive insurance policy I could find ( and I shop around a LOT) . I really can’t say enough … you all are missing out of your not working with Taylor.

Kristin Misenar Outstanding customer service!! I’ve been with Doty and Giles for almost a decade.. I have had multiple policy changes over the years and they make it quick and painless. I usually do most things via email and they are always quick to respond. Kara is the best! They also update me on policy recommendations as they arise.

Mollie Houser Oh my goodness, Mac Romney is a saint from heaven. He is so helpful and knows exactly what I want/need before I even have to think about it. I have no idea where to start with insurances at all and he led me in the right direction for a much better price then anywhere else I asked. Such a kind honest person, I truly feel safe with Mac being the person to help me in these stressful situations. Rare to say that about people these days but Mac Romney is truly the exception. Can’t say enough good things about this guy, don’t waste your time like I did and call Mac first.

Jack L I have been working with Scott Jensen and his team for one and a half years at this point and have been extremely happy with the help he has provided. He was able to save me money on a number of insurance products, but encouraged me in another direction in the one instance I could get a product cheaper somewhere else. He helped me navigate a number of business and business/insurance processes he was familiar with and provided much wise counsel. Also he was able to get me a term life policy where several other agents had failed to do so (pre existing health stuff, etc). I would highly recommend Scott and his agency whether you are a business owner or just an individual. The presence of administrative staff also makes dealing with Scotts team far easier than with standalone agents. Would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. .

The personal attention as well as their follow through is outstanding. Not only did they come through with the best options but they did so in tight time-line.
