Lisa Franke The Hartford is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They put so little effort into my case and didnt talk to my doctors, strung me along for literally months while I had no income, and continued to deny me coverage for pathetic reasons that were at odds with everything my medical team said. I had even jumped through all of their hoops. They told me things and then claimed they never said them. Id leave voicemails they seemingly didnt listen to. I got bounced between probably three different agents. Honestly, dealing with the Hartford was probably the worst part of HAVING CANCER. DO NOT USE THE HARTFORD. NO MATTER WHAT. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Now I just hope I dont end up losing my house. Thanks, guys.

Their office on Broadway is conveniently located, and the staff was friendly and easy to work with. I wasn’t expecting much from a place advertising “cheapest,” but to my surprise, they offered solid coverage at a rate that fit my tight budget. They took the time to explain my options without rushing me or trying to push extras I didn’t need. The process was quick and painless, and I left feeling confident in my decision. If you’re in Seattle and looking for car insurance that won’t cost you a fortune, Pirka is definitely worth considering. So far, everything has been smooth, and I’m happy with my choice.

Tuan Nguyen Kayla and Sharmeen helped me switch from a different insurance company to Farmers. Throughout the whole process they were attentive, kind, and always available to answer any questions. I was able to ultimately save quite a bit of money especially on the automotive side when I switched over. Even better was the fact that Kayla got me higher coverage for less than what I was previously paying. Kayla was also able to get me a Farmers discount for my profession which is a huge plus. I truly appreciate being able to pick up the phone and speaking directly to either Kayla or Sharmeen. My previous agent was always hard to get ahold of.
