5 /5 Jenny Lin: Went to get my partners jade necklace fixed, because the jade was falling off the bracket. Lady was very nice, and gave us two options on how to fix it: we could either glue it down and tighten the bracket, or she could give us a new setting. We went with the first option, and was very pleased with how nicely it was fixed on. I also went to get my watch links removed, to make my watch tighter. Done very quickly and nicely. Got two things fixed within the half hour. While we waited for our jewelry, we shopped around and they let us try on rings.

1 /5 Sara Cummings: Scam, do not go here. Asked to replace a stone in my ring, they glued in at best a broken stone, at worst a piece colored glass instead and tried to pass it off. Charged me $100 for it. I called and they offered to fix it, and I will update this review if they can make it right. Hopefully, this was just a misunderstanding

The owner fixed it and the next day it broke again.I wanna exchange it but the owner said I have to pay the difference and he said the worth of the broken necklace is $96. I bought the necklace for less than $500… I wanna rate this store 0 STAR….SCAM!!!

3 /5 Evan M: Very cool and laid back place to get good karat gold the people are decently nice and are willing to help out i got a 24k pendant . The only issues i would say i have are the parking situations you have to drive down the street just to find parking and walk over which i think is kind of a drag especially with going to a jewelry store it should have the suitable parking lot designated for the store. Other issue i would say is they charge pretty high on top of the current weight price for 24k gold which going to get 24k gold most places are willing to usually work a deal to get closer to scrap value so you can gain the most of your money as well as they can make a little money without burning your pocket with the upscale prices which was my main concern. I got a 4.1 gram pendant and got charged $700 and some change for it. Thats $400 scrap value which means they could of came down a bit for me to make the price for the weight more suitable with them still making money. Idk those are the two main concerns other than that the shops nice and they have good pieces.
