Huckleberry Hound I want to start by saying that I had my hair colored several weeks ago, and it was PERFECT. It was gorgeous. It was exactly what I asked for, and I am very specific to ensure I get the right thing. Unfortunately, I am now revising my initial review to reflect my most recent experience, yesterday. Primarily, due to the lack of professionalism and demeanor of my stylist, whom I am naming only because I dont want this review to reflect on anyone elses work, was Marchelle. I went in for a root touch-up. My base color just needed toned, like she did my last visit. I asked for a root smudge to better blend grow-out. I requested the same tone family as before and was very specific with my desire, backed by images. I ended up with a golden copper that barley covered. I had a drastic line around the front and chunky gold and copper highlighted stripes across the top. Just about as opposite as my request and images. I messaged her to get back in for a fix. I proceeded to send more images of my desires so there would be no mistaken what I was after. Unfortunately, I ended up with a way worse outcome. My roots turned out a strange (depending on the lighting) muddy auburn/greenish and the lengths, depending on the light a muddy blueish, greenish off tone. After she finished drying and asked what I thought, my response was, "I dont know what to say, I want to cry". This is where things turned worse. She walked me up to the front, in natural light and my thoughts were the same. She response was, "this is what you asked for". I explained what I was seeing, and all she could say was, "I think its beautiful". Her tone was irritated and snarky at this point. She went to the back to grab her stylist friend, to back her up. Her first comment to her was, "she said she wants to cry" in a sarcastic tone. She asked to see that image I used as an example, and as I left, I could hear them whispering. When I returned and showed the image, she also argued that it was beautiful and that what I was seeing was basically my imagination. Her behavior and attitude escalated more at this point. I explained that it was not at all what I asked for. I was respectful yet blunt. She kept saying that she gave me what I wanted, its beautiful, etc. She then proceeded to take the smock off, with a quick and hasty attitude, and said, "have a nice day", and stormed off. I write this because my experience was unacceptable to a high degree. My request should have been easily achievable since prior to my last visit, I was close to the image presented. I hope that this review will help ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

Warren House I had an unruly teenager who needed a change of attitude. I told her to shave his head. No ifs ands or buts. Janae was very helpful, understood the situation well and did not hesitate to help correct his appearance. Sure, hes not happy, but he knows he earned it. His attitude is already coming back around. Thank you so much Janae!!

Antone Rodrigues Janae was very professional. She gave me the medium fade I asked for at a fair price. Her shop is conveniently located with plenty of off street parking. The atmosphere inside is welcoming and friendly, with pictures of her and her children hanging on the walls. Also, a television playing movies helped to make the wait seem nonexistent.

Debra Johnson She sooooo Rocks!! She dose an amazing job. Her tiny little shop is full to capacity before she e en opens. Her prices are a little steep... $20.00 for a simple clip and trim. But I would go again.

Ryan Singer Took my 2 year old boy in to get a haircut and what an experience he had! Janae gave him a squirt bottle to spray mama with and he had such a blast and a damn fine hair cut too! We’ll be coming back for sure. Highly recommend this place for kids or adults.

Megan Vogel My son and I stopped by for a walk-in haircut today on the way to Spokane for a wrestling tournament. The barber was kind, skilled, and friendly. He gave my son a very nice haircut. We appreciate the excellent service.

Alannah Munoz The environment was great! I brought my two sons in (7 and 5). My five year old, I have struggled with giving him haircuts and refused to bring him to public places because he panics and has freak outs. Jonny was his barber and did an amazing job my son responded to questions and even smiled during his cut(he’s very shy)! My seven year old has always done well but says he loves his cut and he liked the guy who cut his hair(Gavin I believe). Everyone seemed to be in a great mood and enjoyed what they were doing. we will most definitely return! Thank you guys again!

Kyle Stoney I just walked out of blessed barbershop with the best fade I have had in years! Ricky hooked me up and gave me a good cut even though I was a walk-in. I would recommend making an appointment. Start to finish it took 30 minutes, so that is long enough to do a good job, but not taking forever. Biggest thing: when I walked in, I was immediately and courteously greeted by one of the barbers. I did not get his name as he did not cut my hair. That set a really good precedent as to the customer service I received. I highly recommend this barbershop and I will be coming back here.

tonya keys Gavin was amazing. He did an amazing job and was so patient with my 2 yr old. Update Gavin is even more amazing. Took him back and dont know what happened in between. Last haircut wasnt with me, but he freaked out when the shavers got taken out. Gavin spent over an hotrying to get my son. To let him cut his hair.You went above and beyond completely recommend him

Terry Thomas My husband was a walk in on 5/15/24 to have his beard shaved on with mustache trim. When we go to the car I looked at him and I was not happy. The guy needs glasses. His mustache is a mess! Asked for a trim and it was almost gone. And what was left was crooked, uneven and dam near gone. I should have done it myself. I wouldnt suggest to my worst enemy or any desperate person to get anything cut here!!!!!

Quiet place to relax, lots of parking. Clean and organized always. Good energy flowing among team members. Their agenda is flexible if you have any special event. Highly recommended!

Therisa Alexander I really dont know how to rate this place as I went there to get to get a wax of my eyebrows lip and chin and I dont see very well so when I got home and wash my face there was so much hair left on my chin and you know where your soul patch is and under your smile cease-visible and long hair respectively. Only time I was there, it was a spontaneous stop. I know I wont go there but thats all I can say about my experience.

Rebecca Castillo Monica has been cutting my hair for years, she has always taken the time to ask what I like and give her professional opinion on what is suitable for your hair. I always leave Monica’s work station feeling amazing and looking great. My hair looks and feels amazing. Monica has always been a 10/10 for me. Work place is always clean and welcoming.

Colleen Thomsen Tracy was so lovely. I had her back when she worked in Wenatchee, and I made the hour and 20 minutes drive to see her again. Shes the only person I trust to color my hair. 10/10 easily.

Julie M Katie Wilson is my new favorite hair stylist in town. I saw her once for a haircut at her former salon and now shes working at Cappellis. I highly recommend her for a good cut and great customer service. The salon itself is beautiful and I already have my next appointment booked. Katie does exactly what I ask and has done my hair perfect twice now. I have medium/long layered hair and she is helping me keep it healthy without taking too much length so I can grow it even longer :)

Alicia Lamecker UPDATE: They have deleted this review on FB. Thankfully, there are places like this to leave honest reviews that will not compromised. I have been harassed by the daughter of an employee for writing honest facebook review. An employee has also done the same. As a consumer, I should be able to leave an honest review without worrying about retaliation from employees and their family members. Unprofessional yet again. Let me start by saying that I hear great things about this salon, and that I believe my experience was isolated to the stylist I used. I had spent many hours and trips to Spokane to trusted salon to get to the point I was before going to Kelly. I had been a med brown and was transitioning to an icey blonde that would better suit and blend with my gray. My ends were a little warm yet, and she said she could tone down to better blend with my cooler icey tones. After 6 hours, 2 bleaches, 2 high lift colors and 2 tone jobs in two days I ended up with fried, banana yellow with copper patches hair. My ice tones were gone. My hair was solid yellow. And copper. My low-lights were gone. One side had streaks of the copper. Even worst was that the hair I was growing was completely fried. Broken pieces everywhere and looked like brittle sagebrush. She wanted me to come back yet a 3rd time so she could work on it again. At this point I lost trust. My hair was ruined. Luckily I found a salon well known in the community to help me. It was so damaged that all they could do was apply a deposit only toner and cut several inches off. The main reason for writing this is due to how this was handled. Somehow it was my fault and the new salon is responsible for the damage. Not only did I pay for her services, I then had to pay a for my new service to include a deep treatment. It will continue to impact me financially and time for continued services to get its health and color back. I am still finding shards of broken hair. I also had a cut. She cut a little of the back and trimmed a couple layers but left the rest untouched. I rarely write reviews, however what matter most is how a mistake is handled. Janae Hone April Pack at this salon is fantastic! Seriously the best hair service Ive had - EVER. We moved here from Las Vegas and I searched through many of the other salons in Moses Lake. April at Capellis is by far the best!

Veronica B Love the location. Easy to park. No drama - down-to-earth salon. With incredible hair stylists and a talented manicurist. New to ML - give them a try! Or, in the market for an easy-to-schedule, comfortable, and taltented stylist - make a call. I have seen good hair come from every chair. Katie Wilson is incredible with coarse & curly hair. Excellent color. Plus, she has experience helping people with thinning hair. Great product selection, too. One more thing . . . the manicurist does reflexology & is absolutely incredible.

Charlotte Ballinger I have used soap from Liberate and Lather for years and carried it on my own business! Anytime I try something else my skin reacts, so you can say I’m hooked! Very gentle on my very sensitive skin! I always appreciate creator Angie’s creative scents and chatting with her either at the farmers market or in her adorable workshop!

Heidi Cardin Been using LL products for over 7 years. I especially love the loofah soaps - wonderful for daily in shower foot scrubs. I have sensitive skin and her soaps, lotions, bath oils soothe my skin. Her combination of scents are amazing in all her products. She’s truly an artist and most importantly and wonderful amazing human being.

Ruth Vargas I have tried several products from Liberate and Lather and they are all amazing quality! My favorite ones are the soaps and candles. They look and smell wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Heather Mason Liberate and Lather is a beautiful space. Angela is such a graceful presence among her many talents. Her products are hand curated and her merchandise in store is unique and thoughtful. Check it out! I have a soap I havent even used because I dont want to lose the incredible aroma it provides just going into the room!

Evelyn Bermudez Ive been going to Emma for some time now for my pedicures and I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience with her. She is very good when it comes down to cleanliness of the salon and her tools. Shes awesome with her designs and works great with kids. My daughter loves to get her nails done with Emma!

Jenn Neff Emma does beautiful nail work and nail art. She takes her time, getting to know each of her clients personally. Now my daughter sees her regularly.

Alejandra Velez I read many of the reviews and looked at photos before choosing this salon. I’m not from the area but needed to get a fill. I ended up having my nails removed because they don’t do dip and opted for gel. Which was fine by me because I didn’t want acrylic. Emma showed me a photo of some nails she had done that were similar to what I was asking for and I was impressed. Then she has a lady that doesn’t know how to do nails take care of me. She spent 20 min trying to find the color I requested. Then she barely applied any of the color. My nails look splotchy and quite frankly like a child did them. I asked for a leaf design which she tried but didn’t turn out well. So she put a sticker on my nails instead. The sticker was bumpy and had air bubbles. Then it came off in the shower and took a huge chunk of polish with it. When I got home I just cried. because I tried to tell her it needed more color. I had pictures and was clear about what I wanted and I even told her I did not like the way they came out. The owner did offer for me to come back in a day or two if I still didn’t like them. I appreciate that offer but they should have been done right the first time not days later. I went back in the next day and asked for a refund as I still have to get my nails fixed. She said she could do a partial refund since they had removed the dip. I said that was fine I was willing to pay for that service. Just not the poor mani I got. All in all I will not go back. The ladies were nice so I’ll give them that.

She asked what I wanted done and helped me decide on how we could achieve it. She was very professional. She listened to my needs and executed it beautifully. Norla Hill I had an appointment got there 12 minutes early she was just about done with the current appointment and the Father had wanted a touch up for Sunday service so she did him with my appointment 25 minutes later she took me. The way she wheels her clippers and scissors shes more of a barber than a beautician. I wont be going back!!!

Heather the Owner has trained her well and shes definitely an asset. ! Reasonably priced also... BTW; Thank you again for the birthday gift. Other "highly rated" Salons I called in Moses Lake..were snobby, outrageously priced ( it is Moses Lake, not Seattle) or they didnt even answer the phone or respond !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!

Cole Mcgregor Best place in town to get your hair cut. Super friendly people and great atmosphere. Luz, who is the owner, was working at great clips and I would always ask for her. Then one day she quit and no one would tell me where she went. Then, 2 years later, I saw an ad on social media about how she opened up her own shop and I went in and ill never get my hair cut elsewhere ever again. This is the place to go.

Alyssa Vanscoyoc Been taking my son here for the last few months and we love it. We have never waited longer than 15 minutes and they usually get him in the chair right away. His haircut doesnt take too long either and it always looks great!

Anaiz Avalos The owner is by far the best with cutting my boys hair. Not only is she super fast, but she actually does a great job. Other places we’ve been too take 45 mins for one kiddo and sometimes it doesn’t even look good! Highly recommend, never disappointed!

Babs Smith McKenzie was amazing. She really took her time talking about the cut with me. She took off at least 6" if not more, gave me layers and left me feeling so happy with my haircut and the experience was so nice. The Solon is very nice and very clean. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend going there.

Julie M Mickenzie gives the BEST haircuts! She listens and knows exactly how to give me the type of layering I want, and she always takes the right amount of length (which, as we all know, can be nerve wracking with some stylists). I love the way she goes over all of my hair to get rid of split ends all the way up, not just at the ends. Not only does she give the perfect haircuts, but shes fun to visit with as well. She also has excellent communication and is quick to respond to messages and requests. Book with her, you wont regret it!

troy white I dont give many five stars, but here I go... The reason why I give them 5 stars is because the vibe I get when I walk in. Its classy its professional and the place is very up-to-date with style. Im not the type of guy to worry too much about my hair, but the other services that they provide me are phenomenal and worth giving 5 stars. My experience with Eden salon starts with a parking spot. Even though it is street parking I always seem to have a place in front of the door. There are many street parking spaces available at the time that I usually go around noon, so parking really is never an issue with me. Then when I walk in the doors, I am always greeted by a young professional who then asks me if I have an appointment. Usually Im never seated for more than 5 minutes before I am attended to. I would like to take this time to thank Eden salon for all the great work theyve been doing the past several years. I always have a phenomenal experience and Im very happy for the services that they provide. I am always happy to pay what I pay and tip what I tip, and I always have appointments set before I leave the door. You guys are professional and courteous and I appreciate your time.

red tim Aly does an amazing job at male eyebrows. As a male myself, my experience with her has been the best out of all other waxing places in town regarding quality, care and trust! Really great job at grooming male eyebrows and females too. I highly recommend her if your considering any of her or the salons services. They all will treat you like family and are extremely talented.

Sierra Becken Love this salon! I have been coming here for over 2 years and my personal stylist Amy is WONDERFUL! I love knowing that Ill have the same quality cut/color every time I visit. Ive also had pedicures and massages provided through this establishment and both have also met the same standard. Front desk staff is always hospitable, remembers my name and offers me a refreshment. If youre looking for a new stylist or salon I would definitely recommend Eden Salon!

Ashleigh Hanks I have gone to C. Michelle’s for years, since their first location in the old Safeway strip mall! They always knock it out of the park with my coloring. The owners are fantastic people, and my stylist Jade is such a pro!! He once even stayed at the salon for 6 hours helping me correct a botched permanent color from another salon. Thank you Jade! Another stylist Daisy cuts my partner’s hair and she always does a phenomenal job with him! Thank you Daisy!

Nancy Been coming to this salon since they were located at the strip mall by Safeway and I always leave satisfied. I have finally found a hairdresser who satisfies my needs. S/O to Jade!

Cindy Corral Jessica always doe’s such an amazing job on my hair color and styling every time. Also, my lash extensions are always looking fantastic. I always have a great experience in this salon. Everybody is friendly and prices are reasonable for the quality of work.

Jessenia Renteria I had the best experience! I was referred to Dana from a friend. She was so sweet, very welcoming and is highly talented! She honestly asked great questions and did exactly what I wanted. Her knowledge in services, hair product and just daily use is commendable. The salon is so cute and professional. I would 100% recommend this place & Dana. Loved that they had redbull drinks or other soft drinks for customers. I felt like it was all about me. Got a mini hair shampoo massage and she took her time with styling my hair. I love it!!

Alyssa Zook Have gone to Roots for awhile now and each time it is such a warm and welcoming experience! Love that it’s a full service salon and the gals always make you feel right at home, including my kids. I trust roots to always bring to life what I envision. I usually see Dana but all the stylists there are great!

Mikaela Sitton I went in for a hair color and it was a "pay by the hour" service. Service then took 6 hours.. was there from 11-5 and stylist used demi-permanant color in my hair so it faded after 1 week. Paid $390 to want to have my hair redone a week later. I hate it. My hair is orange

Dea Joy When I moved to Washington, I had no idea how long I was going to remain here, and I was house sitting just down the street in this neighborhood. Im fortunate as its a good area ( for ML, seeing as its a retirement co. in large ). I went to Snap and the grocer in this plaza, and visited the salon right before heading over to Eastside. I came here as a birthday present to me, and was so glad because the owner herself was the one to trim m hair and was incredibly nice the whole time.

Jenni Kittelson Great salon, and great prices. Christine is the only person in Moses Lake that I trust to do my waxing. All the stylist are great for haircuts and styling. The dont do retail so there isnt that annoying product push you find at higher end salons.
