3 /5 Nena A: I have been here a few times, and it has always been a good experience overall. I have never booked an appointment, and they have always accommodated me without much of a wait. I have gotten my natural nails done - both manicure and pedicure with nail polish - and it usually turns out well. The only issue is that they might apply too many coats of polish or not allowing them to dry between coats, so they dont dry particularly well (even after 5 hours), causing dents in the polish.

2 /5 Alice M: Don’t recommend. I’ve come here for a while but today I went in an experience was terrible. I get builder gel which is more expensive but maintains nail bed. The lady that was doing my nails used an extremely harsh electric file and cleared off all of the strength that’s been built up after months of maintaining them, in the process of being so aggressive she shaved off half of a very long nail but instead of cutting them all back to match like I asked she shaped them into points which is not my preffered style. She then painted them with shellac undercoat (defeats purpose of builder gel) and proceeded to do 2 nails so badly that I had no choice than to either walk out or have them all shaved back again and done by a different staff member. The end result is good but this is just not okay. I also witnessed a metal tool used to clean under my toe nail returned to the jar without being cleaned and used immediately on another client.

4 /5 Daryl Keeley: Im giving 4 because in past Id give a 5, but today was a terrible experience. Rough Pedi medi that felt like Id gone a few rounds with a belt sander. Besides drawing blood twice, the foot water was cold, and the hand water almost boiling. The lady was definitely not present for her customer. Id have sent this in an email instead, but no link on site.

5 /5 Luca Dickinson: Loved this place!! I had gel nails for the first time ever and they were so helpful in explaining the process. I was a bit nervous and felt a little rushed choosing the colour as it was close to their closing time but they were super kind and didn’t appear to be worried about the closing time. I also had shellac on my toes. This was 2 weeks ago and they have lasted so well whilst travelling in Vietnam!
