Kiralee Connor While the nails themselves are alright (very thick I must say) my cuticles were left bloody and extremely sore. The older lady that did them filed and drilled for well over an hour, going over and over the same areas until they bled, the thumb in particular is still extremely sore and raw 3 days later. As youve seen recommended under every negative review I emailed their website first and no reply. Not only was I cut multiple times, I was quoted $95 if I wanted French tips which is nowhere in their price listing? Personally I think the lady just didnt want to? Plenty of much better salons in the area.

Sean Nee Tan Mary is such a fabulous lady who does my nails with heart. I have been having this purple French nails for 3 weeks and due to see her again this week :-) love all the patterns she did for me. Callum Delaney It seems no matter how busy they are, this place is always professional and give an amazing cut and it always feels great. Salima always goes the extra mile for me and my partner, always makes us feel so welcome and great (even if she mixes our names up on occasions) Next Dimension has been our go to hairdresser for a very long time and will be for a very long time.

Iniya inbakaran the experience was alright.not the best but not the worst. this is a pic of my nails after a month but they are still in pretty good condition. it also depends on what type of nails u get and how well u take care of them. my friend recommended this salon. although one of my other friends went here and got very chunky and uneven nails.

Rebecca Amiridis I recently visited the clinic for the first time this week and had an excellent experience. During my consultation, I was informed that, due to the medication I am taking, I would need a doctors certificate to undergo laser treatment. This requirement was beyond the clinics control as it is part of their policy. Although I was initially stressed about potentially having to postpone the treatment to another day due to childcare arrangements, the staff assured me that they would accommodate my needs. Ultimately, I was able to obtain an exemption from the manager. The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding. The practitioner who treated me made me feel very comfortable and engaged me in conversation throughout the treatment to ease any nervousness I was experiencing. The treatment was thoroughly explained, and overall, I had a very positive experience. One suggestion for improvement would be for the company to inform clients at the time of booking that a medical certificate might be required and suggest to see a GP beforehand.This would prevent any delays and allow clients to obtain the necessary note from their GP regarding photosensitivity beforehand. However, this does not reflect on the store itself, as the staff were exceptional. Many thanks again for the wonderful experience.
