1 /5 mounika .k: I had the worst experience in this Casey central skin boutique. I always go to Mt.Eliza & staff there are super friendly but the staff here are so rude. I was late for 10minutes to my appointment as I couldn’t find the store location as it’s my first time & they said since I’m late they can’t do my laser as they have other appointments & I was on the phone with them during my appointment time asking them directions. As I couldn’t locate the store. Also I purchased the laser treatments for my mum using my email details. But booked an appointment under my mums name & when we went there the staff said they can’t transfer it as it’s under my name. I booked the session nearly a month ago for my mum & what did the staff do when I booked it & only informed me after we went to the appointment that they can’t do it for mum & have to purchase a new one for her. It’s such a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my family members & friends.

5 /5 R N: I had my second laser session with Sarah today and I can’t recommend her enough. she does not rush Appointment and cares about the quality and covers all areas that needs to be done. Definitely recommend the Skin boutique, stuff are always helpful, respectful and friendly.

1 /5 Maryam Rezaee: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I purchased 6 laser sessions, but they falsely claimed I had completed all of them when I had only attended 5. On top of that, the staff were rude and disrespectful, not just toward me, but also toward my son. Their machine clearly isn’t functioning properly I’ve actually experienced increased hair growth instead of results. This has been a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine service or effective treatment!!!!! 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM
