2 /5 Ritzy G: Used to be good The last 2 times Ive been Ive told them not to make my eyebrows thin because Ive been growing them out since an amature basically took them all off 6 months ago and they keep thinning them out. The kid staff were great but same ladies havent been there since last year. Prices went up twice this year and quality went down. Wont be back.

1 /5 Gursimran Mann: Went to get my eyebrows today around 4:15. When I got to the parlour, the door had a sign which stated they’ll be back at 4:45 therefore I decided to wait. When I went back to the parlour at the time mentioned, the lady refused me service. I explained to her how I only wanted to get my eye brows done and have been waiting for sometime. She persist and said she’s can’t do them now… This is absolutely ridiculous. I doubled checked on google and it said “open” on the website. She has no value of her customers time and is incredibly selfish. Upon reading the horrible reviews below, I guess it was a blessing in disguise that I didn’t end up having my eye brows done cos she probably would have ruined them. I hope something is being done about it because I’m just seeing the same response for all bad reviews.

1 /5 Tony G: Walked in, sat down, saw how a client was being spoken to and decided not to stay. The worker clearly didnt listen to instrructions and did what she wanted, then gave a smart alec response when asked to explain themselves. One of the ladies working this evening seemed lovely and tried to be helpful. The other skinnier, older one was very rude because she knew she made a mistake by not listening to/understanding rhe client and didnt want to own up to it. This was in front of other customers too. Didnt happen to me. Just what I saw. I had a chat with the client afterwards outside the salon and saw her eyebrows. She certainly had a point. Made me happier that I walked out when I did amd dodged a bullet. Found out the lady in the middle, further down the shopping centre does a great job.

1 /5 anusha bikkineni: I had very bad experience I requested for full hands , under arms , eyebrows ,forehead and upper lip, they said they will do , by the they left with under arms and hands . They said the other girl is leaving so I can’t do full hands and the other is still there doing the services , it’s not fair. They would have said to me before starting the services I would have gone to another parlour.

1 /5 Hansani Perera: Very rude ladies. I have done my eyebrows from so many places and this is the worst experience. It also hurt so much and the last put lots of pressure to make it painful. Very poor care for customers. Wouldnt recommend or visit again
