1 /5 Neeta Y: I sometimes come here for the convenience, and certainly not the customer service. Staff are mostly unwelcoming, rude and not particularly gentle when giving treatments.

1 /5 Lisa Hallet: I have been going here for years. I will not be going back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Yesterday I had a horrendous experience. The person who served me yanked on my eyebrow ring so hard it made me bleed. She didnt apologise, and when I asked for some kind of disinfectant all she did was offer a cotton wool ball. I would think if you hurt someone to the point of bleeding you would at least say sorry. So rude and terrible customer service.

1 /5 Mariam Bahna: Horrible service and so rough in the way they speak and treat people. Not once did the staff say please or thank you and quality of work is horrible. I stopped the service and asked to pay and leave. This was in particular to one staff

1 /5 Fatemeh Khadem Hossein: I had a very disappointing first experience at The Beauty & Brow Parlour at The Pines Shopping Centre on Wednesday, 12th of February, 2025, at 4 PM. I paid $55.83 for a facial hair removal service, but the woman who assisted me—who had black hair, black eyes, and was wearing a mask—was extremely rude and unprofessional. At the end of the service, she didn’t apply any soothing gel, so I had to apply it myself. She also failed to clean the stray hairs from my face. When I asked for a mirror to check the results and pointed out some remaining hairs that needed to be removed, she completely ignored me. Additionally, she shaped my eyebrows unevenly, leaving them asymmetrical and poorly done. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this a very unpleasant visit. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
