Thanks Paula again! Great example of what customer service should be! Went in for my 2nd visit after being satisfied with my 1st. Unfortunately second time wasnt as good. Had full set pedicure and manicure done including Shellac removal for $110 which was fine. The pedicure and Shellac were done really well but definitely not happy with my Manicure and and finished nails. Service was friendly but did struggle with communication. Towards the end they had to add an extra layer for the nails but the lady left it to a junior who basically had to redo the last layer over multiple times. I mentioned finish was not even and there were obvious lumps but she insisted itd even out with the final cost. Was not the case and I had to leave but really not happy with my nails now. Theyre messy, uneven and just not what I expected what what I paid for. They really shouldnt have let a junior to finish it up. Will try and go back if I can have them fix this up.

Chan SFaye I had a great experience at Shen Fine Lashes. Shen was very patient and professional, the salon was clean, and the environment was so relaxing with soft music and scented candles. She made sure I was comfortable throughout. My lashes turned out beautifully, natural, and long-lasting. I love it so much! The price was reasonable, and definitely worth it for the quality. Highly recommend!

Nurse Lauren has a warm and confident energy which is something that only comes from experience, which, if you have ever had injectables before, you know how important it is to trust and feel confident In your injectors hands! 10/10 xx

Tú Minh I just get my nail done with the builder gel, the service was amazing. They did a great job with the length, shape and design, not mentioned about the staff. They are so friendly and helpful whenever Im confused with my decision. Highly recommend!!!

Rebecca Paterson Mahta did an absolutely amazing job on my eyelash extensions. I havent had my lashes done for quite some time and l was so impressed with Mahtas attention to detail and how meticulous she was with perfecting my lashes. Mahta is incredibly lovely and personable and l would definitely go back for my lashes again and again. What a professional Mahta is, its so nice to have an experienced professional take the time and care to do the job properly. Thank you so much Mahta.

Neeta Y I sometimes come here for the convenience, and certainly not the customer service. Staff are mostly unwelcoming, rude and not particularly gentle when giving treatments.
