5 /5 Tamara Hookens: I cannot recommend Meghna enough! I got my eyebrows done and she had such a featherlight touch. I also had my face waxed and she listened to my concerns with previous waxing experiences and delivered such a gentle, friendly service. I will definitely be going back!

1 /5 K S: The staff here consistently demonstrate a lack of professionalism and customer service. On multiple occasions, I have visited the store during regular business hours only to be informed that they are unable to assist me and that I should return on the following day. This has repeatedly occurred in the middle of the day, even when there were no other customers present. It is clear that the staff are intentionally avoiding their responsibilities and making excuses to not provide services. Today, I once again encountered this. Despite the store being empty, I was asked to return in an hour or on another day, without any reasonable explanation. I would have completely understood if there had been a long queue or any other valid reason. I dont think "I dont feel like it" is a valid reason to turn a customer away. The staff at this store seem to be aware that they will be paid regardless of whether they do their actual job of attending to customers. This lack of accountability and motivation needs to be brought to the attention of management and addressed. I wont be returning and would advise others to seek alternative services too.
