1 /5 Orlen: I’ve been coming to this place regularly to do my brows, not because they do an amazing job, but they got the job done. I had the worst experience yesterday with a staff who was really rough threading my brows. She tilted my head up by lifting my chin roughly and I felt a scratch from her sharp fingernail. While threading my brows she was also busy talking to the other staff. The cherry on top was the state of my face after the job was done (photo attached). The staff didn’t clean my face at all and overall service duration was under 5 mins. I felt so rushed when they weren’t even busy! Unacceptable customer service and I will never go back there.

1 /5 S Goenka: I visited this salon on 25-May around 1:30pm to get my eyebrows threaded, but I left feeling bruised and upset. The threader was incredibly tight, and I could feel something sharp poking into my skin. As the pain intensified, I asked for a mirror to check, and there was clearly a bruise. When confronted, she responded very politely, saying, “It happens, it will go away in two days.” I was shocked and disbelieving. How could she not understand the pain I was in? If I didn’t want beautiful eyebrows, I could have left with bushy ones. Why would I come here to get an ugly bruise? There was no remorse whatsoever from her, as if it was something regular to happen. I was upset and didn’t want to pay, so she started arguing and threatened to call security. First, she blamed me for abusing the staff, and then she started swearing. I suppose she had abused me first by bruising my face. Then, she called me mentally ill. It was too much for me, and I left after paying. Pretty sure I am not the first unhappy customer. I’m definitely not returning to this salon.

5 /5 Lexy Winchester: I’ve been a regular to get my eyebrows waxed and threaded now. The ladies always do such an amazing job and take such great care of me and always make an adjustments that I feel like need it for my eyebrows. Lovely customer service, will be my go to beauty salon ❤️

But this Monday when I came into to do my upper lip and eyebrow the lady finished pretty soon and when I got home and checked my upper lip there was so many hairs left on my lip and nothing had been taken out.

1 /5 Ananya Mahajan: I usually come to this store for my brows and have had good experiences in the past, but this time was very disappointing. I paid $55 for a full face thread, but the service was not up to standard. Areas like my nose, cheekbones, and other spots were not done properly, and it felt rushed and incomplete. I honestly feel like I paid for something I didn’t receive. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place based on this experience.
