5 /5 Alex: Studio is beautiful & very clean. Was made very comfortable during my services. Unfortunately my skin soaked in the tint giving raccoon eyes for a moment,but my tech was super honest and transparent about this & we were able to fix it in no time. Appreciated the honesty she had with me, as it was no fault of her own, but showed she truly cared and took pride in her work.

5 /5 Moraya Seccull: Highly recommend, excellent customer service! Super easy to make an appointment online but also via text message. Very quick to respond to messages. I have been going to the salon for over a year for lash lifts and recently had a lift that wasnt done correctly. I didnt want to complain but another technician noted this during my next brow appointment and she organised for the owner to follow up with me and they offered me a free service without me needing to say anything. I was really really grateful but also super impressed by how amazing the customer service is and how dedicated the owner is to the success of her business. Stephanie definitely went above and beyond for me.
