The salon is stunning, they take pride in their environment and their work. The recliners are the most comfiest I’ve been on! I was so relaxed I fell asleep. The ladies provide amazing service. Gemma Ferdinands I took my 8 y/o daughter to Essential Beauty in Frankston today, where we had a really wonderful experience. We had previously attempted to get her ears pierced at a different salon, which was unsuccessful due to my daughters severe anxiety. Today, Molly was so calming, patient and reassuring with her. She spent a lot of time talking to her about everything she was doing and did everything she could to make my daughter comfortable. We had a successful session and left with 2 pierced ears and a very happy and proud girl. Thank you for your great service.
